Kathy with regards to your feedback. I would like to clarify a few points for future guests. Our property is not advertised as pet-friendly. Before your arrival,after u have booked without asking me if it is ok to bring a dog, on the phone when i called to check in with u about ur booking as is my norm, you asked whether you could bring your dog. Although pets are generally not permitted except for exceptions and with required pet fees , per my listing I made an exception and offered to allow your dog with a pet fee. After considering the fee, you decided not to bring your dog, since in ur opinion the pet fee was not worth the value and inaccurate , I accommodated u and asked vrbo to disregard the pet fee they sent to u on my behalf. So for the record no pet fee was charged. You then stayed at the property without a pet and, upon checkout, sent a message saying you enjoyed your stay. For that reason, I was surprised to see the review describing the listing as "inaccurate" and "not a good value," as those comments refer to be based on a pet fee that was never paid and a pet that never stayed at the property, and rather than the accommodation itself and accordingly is misleading. I strive to communicate clearly with every guest, accommodate special requests whenever possible, and provide a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. I encourage future guests to read our listing details and our many other reviews, which reflect the experience we work hard to provide.
