The house was perfect for our large family who was in town for our college homecoming. Excellent accommodations in terms of kitchen items and glasses. The only area of opportunity is the house doesn't have a washer and dryer. They provided towels but we stayed for 4 days and couldn't wash the towels after a couple of days. Location was perfect and close to our events.

Great property in a great location. Beds were not comfortable but we wore everyone out exploring each day so we slept fine.

3 bathrooms and each one had a shower which is important when you travel with 4 21 year old guys , house was really clean and had everything besides a washer and dryer Downtown was only a 17-30 uber drive

Pretty Nice Three Day Stay

Everything was neatly placed and set up for us to have a very nice — comfortable stay. I definitely recommend this place to alot of people looking for a home-like setting, with an also comfortable vibe.

20 minutes to anywhere in Nashville. Plenty of room for 10 adults.

The home was nice and the pictures were accurate. The front and back yard have plenty of space to hang outside. The only complaint is the water pressure in the home. The first day it was fine, but after that it went down. The power happened to go out in the area while we were there and the owner was responsive. Outside of the water pressure it was a great stay.

Weekend Tournament Guests

Just what we needed! Two nights in town in for a high school sports tournament. We slept, showered, and ate in comfort. Everyone had their own bed and room to spread out.

The hosts were friendly and responsive. The location was fine for the activities we were doing. Plenty of space for our group of 10. We never had a meal with all of us there, that would have been a little cramped. We never had a full meal at the house, so that worked out fine.

There was plenty of space for all 8 of us to sleep comfortably and have a place to shower and change etc. I will say though that the bed sheets were very gross, they have stains on them and there was also poor water pressure in the top bathrooms and it’s very hot up there for the summer months. The kitchen is pretty small so if you are going to cook while there be prepared to be on top of each other. The house can use some updating but all in all it was far from the worst place I’ve stayed! They have cute home decor too for pics before going out! I would give this a 6/10.

With my large family including 4 grandchildren, this house and the bedrooms were perfect. There is a room with 3 bed that was perfect for my 3 granddaughters, a room for my grandson, a master for me and my husband and a room for my son and his wife. Plenty of bathrooms too. My sons dog had a great time with exploring the large property that surrounds this home. We were 13 minutes from downtown Nashville. It was one of our best trips we have taken as a family.

The house was good for a large group but we were disappointed that there was no bathroom on the main level. There was a bedroom on the main level but no bathroom. One of the faucets in the bathroom did not work well. Otherwise, it was fine.

None of the showers were cleaned very well. There was body hair from prior guests in all 3.Other than that the property was very nice.This property was demanding with personal information prior to check in. With no time to pivot to a new property that met my needs, it was demanded that I provide more personal information than I am comfortable with.Getting access to military facilities is less demanding than half of the Vrbo's these days.
