*2 master rooms on top floor, both w/ private bathrooms and ACs
*Separate bedroom and fully gated front yard on bottom level
*4 Smart TVs including a 65” 4K QLED TV in the family room
*Air Conditioning: 3 ACs located in the unit, one unit on the second/main floor, one unit in first upstairs master room and another unit in second upstairs master room

Beautiful, clean property. Three bedroom townhouse exactly as described. Host very nice and responds quickly. He and his wife helped us solve any issues we had in a timely manner. The only negative was the no coffee pot situation. Normally I don't care for the street only parking situation prevalent in most of Seattle, however it was easy to find nearby parking close to the property. I would definitely book again!

Seattle Friends Getaway

Amazing place and location to stay for a Seattle getaway. My friends and I made a trip to watch a FIFA Club World Cup match. The place was very clean and great location close to downtown Seattle.

Roomy with 3 bedrooms which allowed space for everyone. Easy access to Mercer Island. Stairs to navigate but worth the effort if you are able. Would stay here again!

Beautiful Seattle Getaway

This is a lovely and spacious unit located in a great part of town. The hosts were very responsive, friendly and easy to communicate with.

If you're planning to rely on the light rail for transportation, you may want to reconsider. We arrived by light rail and walked to the property, which was about a 10-minute walk away. Unfortunately, the neighborhood between the station and the property felt very unsafe. "Sketchy" doesn't begin to describe it. We didn't feel comfortable walking there during the day, let alone at night.There also aren't any grocery stores or worthwhile restaurants within easy walking distance. As a result, we ended up renting a car for the rest of our trip and primarily used the property as a place to sleep.The property itself was spacious and worked well for our group. We also had no issues finding street parking. The host was responsive and quick to answer any questions we had.A few drawbacks: there was no coffee maker, the couch was uncomfortable, and the water pressure in one of the showers was very weak.Overall, the property was fine and offered plenty of space, but the location and a few missing amenities significantly impacted our experience

We accurately represent the property's location to allow guests to determine whether it is a good fit for their travel plans and transportation preferences. We also appreciate your comments regarding the coffee maker, couch comfort, and shower water pressure. Guest feedback helps us identify opportunities for improvement, and we will review these items with our team. The shower water pressure has been turned up and is strong in both showers. As far as the coffee maker goes, VRBO is working on a technical issue, as it should not be listed as an included amenity. This started out bad. I got the check in things there is no parking and there is only AC units not AC. One of the rooms didn’t even have a unit and very very loud. Also for 10 days they only gave us 4 big towels and two small for 6 people who does that. I was there for a wedding and they wanted to charge us to have people come in the house. So I couldn’t even have my son the night before the wedding or my grandkids do to charging me just to have them over to the house never had I heard of that ever. I did mesg them and they said they will charge so now I couldn’t have my son or my grandkids over. Then we find out there’s no parking only street parking and that only is 2 hour parking. Also no AC only very loud AC units only in two bedrooms third bedroom nothing. The couch was stained and very hot in the house. And the bathrooms are in the bedrooms so the three bedroom does not have anywhere to take a shower. Didn’t see that, that was my fault not checking. I had to go rent a car do to no parking like they said in the listing. This list was miss done and needs to be done correctly. No parking or AC or towels Will never stay here again or us the website again because they will not help you other websites do help fix this but this site does not. I have pictures of everything. Now I asked for half my money back not whole thing and they won’t even do that. Do not stay here the listing is wrong.

Awesome host

Alex is very helpful and responsive. He took the call when I had some difficulty with the shower temperature. The house location is very convenient and amenities are very comfortable

Lots of space / no parking

Would stay here again didn’t understand how to get in. But now that I have that part down I would stay again.

I love Seattle

We had such an amazing time in Seattle and Alex was such a great host. We’re from farther down south and having a space up north while we got what we wanted done was super convenient. He responded quickly to any questions we had and was super flexible with us which helped make our trip run a lot smoother. The space was super clean and spotless and everything worked well. We felt very comfortable like we were at home, definitely better than a hotel.

Communication was quick & friendly with host. The town house was not too far from all the popular locations. Beware it's in a part of town that is not that great, very shady. Lots of planes flying over. Fans and carpet dirty but house is clean. flying overt. fflying and

3-Stories High - Not Great For Older Folks

I'm ususally a pretty detailed shopper, but I totally missed that this place was 3-stories. I see that very clearly as I look at the listing today. There are two very nicely done "main bedrooms" each with full bath - but they are both on the 3rd floor. The kitchen and livingroom are nice too - but on the 2nd floor. We're in our late 70's and pretty active - but hauling everything up and down and up and down was a bit much. Some of the places we stay are "fully outfitted" - everything you need to move right in. This one wasn't quite there but still nicely done. Parking in front of the home could be a challenge - 2 hour limit M-F. We were there over a weekend so not a problem for us and Alex sent notes about nearby unlimited parking spaces. Alex was a very good communicator - stayed in touch during our entire visit and got problems resolved quickly.

Home worked great for visiting Seattle. Exactly as described 3 bed - 2 1/2 baths. Very clean. Only gave 4 stars for 2 items - 1) No coffee pot! I am guessing it broke previously as there were coffee pods in the cabinet. 2) Full garage but was told only street-parking. I knew ahead of time that we were only going to have street-parking--that was in the description and we didn't have to walk too far to find a spot each night. However, I didn't realize there was a full garage and that the owners just didn't want us to use it? There was no lock on the garage door into the house so we unplugged the garage door opener for the whole time we were there as I didn't like the idea of someone being able to come into the home while we were sleeping (my daughters were in the ground floor bedroom next to the garage door into the house and my husband and I were in the master bedroom 2 flights of stairs up). Overall, house worked great as a home base for sightseeing. Price was really high, but it was the same time as FIFA so I am guessing prices were higher than normal.
