This is a beautiful Phoenix home situated in a well established neighborhood. Our home is your prime time location for your stay, located only 10 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport and Old Town Scottsdale with the best shops and restaurants in the area! We look forward to hosting you for whatever brings you to visit!

Our recently renovated 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home has stylish yet comfortable furnishings throughout. It is extremely spacious with a fully stocked kitchen, large flat screen TV's, indoor and outdoor lounge areas, fire pit, BBQ and more! Your perfect vacation home to escape the winters chill!

Car rental available! Please inquire if you would like pricing and options. We can leave at the airports or have ready and waiting at the house for you when you arrive. We'll make it EASY for you!

✓ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise.

The pool may be heated, by request, for an additional $75 per day. Please mention if you would like the pool heated at the time of booking so that we can invoice you separately.

This home has a gas pool heater. Gas pool heaters take 2-3 days to heat a pool therefore pool heat must be requested a minimum of 5 days prior to your stay. Gas pool heater is able to maintain a pool temperature of 80-87 degrees.

Perfect spot

The house was so awesome! It is way bigger in person than it looks in the pictures too! When we first arrived we didn’t even realize the master bedroom was there in the back corner. We thought it was just the 3 rooms in the front, so we were pleasantly surprised! The pool was great, we came for Memorial Day weekend so the temperature was perfect without the heater. They even had some pool floats we could use! The kitchen had everything we needed and more! The master bathroom was great too with a nice big mirror for getting ready. The neighborhood was nice as well, 10 mins from old town and 10 mins from the airport. I would definitely stay here again if we had a big group!

This property is close to Scottsdale. Can go there or Phoenix. Disappointed in shopping. All western souveniers. Of course plenty of stores like at home.The restraurants are a plenty and very good.

Smiles all around

We have rented numerous VRBO properties over the years. This property stood out for many reasons. The accuracy of listing. Everything promised was delivered and more. Location was perfect for our needs. Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Spring Training, hiking trails, Scottsdale, Tempe. All within a few minutes. The home is set up perfectly. Well made furniture, beds, cabinets and kitchenware. The kitchen even has sharp, high quality knives. I've learned to always bring my own knives from home because of terrible knives in most rentals. The pool was wonderful and private. It is completely fenced for security. This was a big deal for our us as we had our three year old grandson in our group. The property management was fantastic. Believe me, this is unique throughout the industry. Lori was quick to answer all questions and was gracious and welcoming at all times. A pleasure to be sure. A great time and experience for everyone.

Convenient location

We stayed at this property over Christmas and chose it for its close proximity to the airport, the Phoenix Zoo, Old Town, etc. Positives: -property management were very flexible with us when our plane was canceled and we couldn’t arrive until the next day. They adjusted our itinerary which was so appreciated under stressful conditions. -the property has been recently renovated and there was plenty of room for people to spread out. -for those with little kids, the pool is fenced and secured. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice and the outdoor space was lovely to sit and relax. -kitchen is well-stocked including coffee, which was so appreciated! We would stay here again!

Great Stay

This property was beautiful we enjoyed every minute of our stay. It is is a great location and Lori was so quick to get back to us if anything was needed and made sure we were comfortable and had a great experience. Will be booking again when in the Phoenix area.

Great family spot!

Great house for families! Fenced in pool- they also had pool floats and children’s flotation vests. Pack b play and booster seat and games. We enjoyed ourselves!

Golfing Vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much but had a couple of issues. Thermostat wasn't working correctly and home owner sent out a service tech to check issue. We paid to have the pool heated which wasn't warm for us maybe they need to check the pool thermostat.. One thing is the pool needed a cover to prevent all the tree debris from next door.

Spring break 2023

Just spent the last week at Lori’s rental property and had so much fun! It was right in the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale, we spent a lot of time in Scottsdale so it was very convenient. It was a beautiful rental with lots of space for our family of 6. The pool didn’t get as warm as we were hoping, but Lori was very responsive in getting someone out to look at it and my daughters still spent some time out there. It was nice that the property was fenced. We spent a lot of time outside during the day and at night (by the firepit) and didn’t feel like we were bothering the neighbors. Lori was very responsive and helped us with any questions we had.

Perfect get away

My friends and i had a great time on our trip to phoenix because of this amazing property. The outdoor area was so much fun and we’d find ourselves hanging out there at night by the fire place and pool. I would recommend to families or friends staying here.

Amazing !

Beautiful well maintained property ! Lori was very quick to deal with any questions we had and was very helpful ! Location was ideal .. 10-15 m from Tempe, Scottsdale and most places we wanted to go ! Would definitely stay here again !
