This river and mountain view condominium is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom full size, fully equipped, free wi-fi, residential unit that sl;eeps a maximum of six. Boasting a very spacious private balcony directly on the river, it truly is the ideal location. It is within walking distance to the Old Mill and Dolly Parton Stampede. Cal Ripken Baseball and Dollywood are less than 5 minutes away, with the Great Smokey Mountains less than 3 minutes away.
My name is Stacie and I have been taking care of condos for nearly 20 years. I am very OCD about making sure your stay is as clean and comfortable as I can make it. I am not jumping from place to place just to give it a spit and and promise. I spend time making sure everything is touched and get rid of any nastiness left behind. I put myself in your shoes. I clean this condo as if my own family were staying there. I value your family’s decision in choosing to stay with us. I truly want you to make the best and most meaningful memories.

Such a beautiful and clean condo! It’s located in a peaceful area of Pigeon Forge overlooking the river. So many small touches were provided which helped make this a wonderful trip!

I have travelled the world and never felt inclined to write a review for any location until now. The accommodations, location, view, and attention to detail were amazing. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Stacie is the best host. We have stayed here several times . It is always so clean and has everything you need. She makes sure it is always your home away from home. We will stay here again on our next visit.

Wonderful Stay

This condo was great to stay at. Very close to everything! Very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. I would definitely stay here again. We all enjoyed ourselves. Communication with the owner was great!

This place was so nice! It was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in all of our travels. Everything you need was there and in good working order. The property manager Stacie was awesome and communicated with us very well, she answered all of our questions and left no stone unturned. Thanks for a great stay! Highly recommend.

Everything went smooth and checking in/out was a breeze. Beds were comfortable. My kids especially enjoyed a snack bar.

Perfect Stay!

Condo is just as advertised and owner has thought of so many nice touches to make sure your stay is great. Condo was super clean and you can’t beat having a cup of coffee on the balcony listening to the water and animals. Great communication. Loved our stay and plan to return!!

Check in was a breeze, honestly there was no check in procedure. The host sent a code to open the door and we went straight to the unit and didn’t have to deal with anyone or wait and that was fantastic!. The unit is very clean and well kept, we did enjoy the unit! My only complaint was the beds and the couch.. if you’re not an extra firm mattress person then you’re gonna sleep miserably like we did, Both beds were very hard, I felt like I slept on a slab of concrete for a week. The beds would be much more tolerable with a mattress topper… the couch is pretty much wore out, it sits pretty good and it’s decently clean but it’s just looks very worn and used, the cushions are very sad looking and honestly it just needs replaced. The pull out couch bed is also terrible. You can feel every spring in the mattress, I also wish they left more bath towels out for guests that stay longer than a night. I was having to wash the towels every day of our stay. Overall this was a great unit and I would stay there again based solely on the cleanliness and the hassle free check in and out. 4/5 stars for me!

Hi Kayden…thank you for your input. You are not wrong. Lol. We are going to be replacing the mattress on both beds along with new living room furniture. I hope next stay will impress you a bit more. We really do want everyone to have a relaxing stay. I apologize these were not done before your visit. Thank you for the compliment on being so clean. I HATE other people’s cooties and we go above and beyond to try to make the condo as clean as possible. We try to put ourselves on your shoes. One thing I hate are shower curtains. All I can think about is when taking a shower that they obviously touch strangers bodies. This can’t be helped. So with every single cleaning we replace the liner to ensure that your skin is the only one it has touched. I know.. a bit weird. Lol. We are bit OCD. We look forward to having you visit us again soon. Thanks again for your comments.

All of my condos that I am in charge of have 5 star reviews for being clean and welcoming. I am very particular about making sure that when you walk into the condo it is as close to perfect as I can make it. My goal is for you and your family to make some wonderful memories.
On a personal note… I have a son and a daughter that are both grown. Woo hoo.. I am on cruise control in life and I LOVE it. Other than the pride I take in making sure any condo I take care of are perfect, my children are my greatest accomplishments.
I grew up in Knoxville but, moved to Sevierville to get out of the big city when my kiddos started school. I have been in Sevier County ever since, for 25 years. This is my home now and forever.
