Location is great; neighborhood...not so much
Sketchy neighborhood. House could use air fresheners, plug ins, or something. There were spiderwebs in almost every room. The floor was sort of warped. You could feel it when you walked on it. The bathroom had trash on the floor & lighting was horrible. I had to go in the car to put on my makeup because I couldn't see well enough in the bathroom. My husband had a hard time fitting in the shower since the ceiling is so low. The doorknob in the bathroom is falling off. Bedroom with the queen bed was hot even though we covered the vent. The wall outlet behind the bed didn't work. There's a nice table near the bed with a few outlets but since the wall outlet behind the bed didn't work, neither did the table since it was plugged into that outlet. The laundry detergent was empty, so I recommend bringing your own. The kitchen was nice & had everything we needed. The cabinets were labeled so that made it a lot easier to find what we needed. There was a chewed hot chocolate packet in the kitchen. I assume there was a mouse around. Communication with the host was super quick...until we checked out. He was polite though. The day we left, he sent a message letting me know about the VRBO rating system. I informed him of the mouse issue & offered to send him pics. He asked to see them but didn't send me an email address to send the pics, nor is he responding like he was when I was still at the house.
