Enjoy this exclusive condo with 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a furnished kitchen. Relax in the living room with a 55" Smart TV; a Pack N Play is provided for our little guests. Free parking is available, centrally located near popular sites. Safety and nature converge in this quiet neighborhood with nearby hiking trails. Enjoy amenities: in-unit washer/dryer, WiFi, Youtube TV, & dining room. Enjoy our patio with 2 BBQ's. Private access to your condo & no public hallways ensures your safety. Permit #A-STRP-25-0463

The Space:
Discover a fully furnished condo with a complete kitchen featuring a full-size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Enjoy entertainment on a large SmartTV with YouTubeTV and DVR movies. WiFi is included.

The Master Bedroom offers a spacious walk-in closet equipped with a Pack N Play, high chair, and toys for kids. The closet is large enough for an infant to sleep in and is attached to the master bedroom. This non-smoking property provides ample free parking, a bathroom with a full shower and bathtub, and an in-unit Washer & Dryer for private use.

Place was much more than we expected. Very clean , great area close to everything. Added plus how close it was to the AF Academy.. host was very attentive & quick to respond to my concerns.. beds were very comfortable. we will definitely stay again when we are in Colorado again.

Host did a great job at keeping directions clear and what needed to be done when checking out. The house was super warming and welcoming. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

It was a clean, cozy space in a safe, quiet neighborhood forca girls trip with my sister. It was conveniently located and had the right amount of space fir the two if us. The kitchen had all the pans and utensils we needed as well as basic condiments

Great for the family!

The small apartment was perfect for our family of 4 adults and a toddler. The location made it easy to visit the Springs, USAFA and all the touristy Pikes Peak stuff. Communication was excellent!

Very clean (and I’m very picky), they provided all the necessary cleaning supplies for dishes/kitchen. Clean washer and dryer was very reassuring, house smelled clean when walking in. AC units had problems, but they were very quick to repair when notified, and after repair AC was very good. They provided trash bags, soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, shaving razors, blow dryer with diffuser, etc—and everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal. VERY nice frying pans—large, medium, and small, we cook a lot on vacation, so this was really nice, (most of the time pans are awful). Also had a selection of spices and other cooking supplies. All towels provided, nice beds and furniture, good black out curtains, extra fans, etc. Nice sized bathroom, nice shower head, clean medicine cabinet, everything functional, toilet flushed well. Good WiFi signal. Seemed to be a safe neighborhood/area, convenient to many locations we visited! Quiet area. We all slept well. It did have a pullout couch bed, but the owner said it wasn’t comfortable, so we set up an air mattress in the family room and that worked well. Would stay again if in the area.

Great stay

Property was very clean in a very nice neighborhood. Only a short drive to all the local attractions. The host has excellent communication & is more than willing to offer advice on where to go locally if you have any questions.

It was in a good location for the areas we wanted to visit. It was a quiet neighborhood which was nice. There were a couple of things that could have been improved on. The carpet needed cleaning and more hooks in the bathroom would have been nice but overall it was a good experience.

We had a great time staying here. We came from OK for a wedding and didn’t have a hard time getting to the venue. The place was clean and it felt cozy, it felt like home. My kids loved it so much they want to move in. Thank you ! Until next time!
