It was a great place for our family reunion. Everyone love the place. Location was excellent for our shopping activities. We highly recommended this place. The communication with the hostess was very effective and promptly. The property was perfect for our group. Thank you to the owners that put a lot of effort in the decoration and equip the place with all the essentials for our 4 days stay. For our future trips to Nashville will choose this place again if its available.

The host was great; very accommodating and quick to respond. The home was nice and was in a location that was very convenient for our group. I was a big fan of the gated access to the garage:)

The host was awesome, very quick to respond & helpful! We loved the space, everything was very clean, we all thought the beds were so comfortable, & we had a great time! Only issue we ran into was a power outage due to the weather but obviously that's out of their hands & we left the same day so no big deal!

Nice home, good location

Nice, clean home and close to shops/dining near downtown area. The check-in and check out process was very easy. The hosts were very responsive. The place was well furnished and kept clean. Will definitely stay here again on our next trips to Nashville.

Family week in Nashville

Location was within 15-20 minutes from everything we wanted to see and do. House was very modern and had all the amenities we needed. Great kitchen. Enough bathrooms for everyone. Our vehicles were secure in the gated garage area.

Nashville

This is a very nice property in an area that is up and coming. It is driving distance to downtown Nashville. Lots of newer construction nearby, but the neighborhood around the property felt unsafe at night. There were a lot of homeless people hanging around the streets near these townhouses. The townhouse is modern and very comfortable for a family of 4+. My teenage daughters were thrilled to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The property was well maintained other than lots of wall damage from previous guests. Additionally, we found some trash (food wrappers and a stale piece of a large pretzel) under some of the furniture in the master bedroom that must have been left by the previous guest. The garage and front door entrance is on the 1st level...so bringing suitcase up 2 flights of stairs was a bit of a challenge. Once we were settled, navigating the 3 levels was very manageable. Overall, we had a great trip to Nashville.

Thank you for staying with us. We have never had any safety issues with our home. I personally live two blocks away my two young children. We recently had the home repainted. We are sorry about the wrapper you found. Had we known about that, we would have immediately sent back our cleaning team.

Not what we expected

The location was close to downtown but did not feel safe in that particular area. The floor was not vacuumed or mopped. The towels had a smell to them and were stained. Towel rack fell off when we went to wipe our hands in the bathroom. When we went to make coffee it was still full from the last guest so we had to clean it. Stains were on the mattress when we went to strip the beds to leave. All the sheets in the closet was just thrown in. I don’t typically leave reviews but I feel this property really needs some attention. Safety was my main concern though and I do feel they are trying to fix the area up but definitely be with extra people. When we were sitting on the couch a man was walking down the street and just stopped and scared in the window at us. Walls had marks all over them and the pillows on the couch had a smell. All and all the property really needs some attention.

This guest tried to cancel their reservation 2 days prior to arriving asking for a full refund, as their guest count changed and they wanted a smaller place. Unfortunately, we were not able to accommodate due to the dates being so close. They told us “that’s a bad decision and they’ll make everyone knows not to rent from us”. Prior to this review, this guest was reported to VRBO and they reached out to her about the threat she made. We have never had any safety issues with our location and I personally live two blocks from here with my two young children. Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us. If anything is every reported during a stay, we immediately address the issues. Our team also inspects the property prior to every check in.
