Private Beach House On The Marsh w/Private Pool + Free Attraction Tickets!

This spacious 4 Bedroom/3 Bath house can comfortably accommodate 13 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, 1 queen in the 3rd bedroom, full over full bunk bed w/twin trundle in the 4th bedroom and 1 sleeper sofa in the living room.

Enjoy all the comforts of home in Case Al Mare, which is Italian for "Home By The Sea". This wonderfully decorated beach house is on stilts and has wonderful views of the Cherry Grove marsh. The 1st level features a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, full bathroom, laundry area, 1 bedroom w/1 queen, tile & LVP flooring throughout, CO detector and large balcony with outdoor seating . The other 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor which also features tile & LVP flooring throughout and a CO detector. There are Roku smart TV's in all 4 bedrooms as well as one of the living room area, free Wi-Fi and parking for at least 4 vehicles.

Exterior of property is under 24 video surveillance.

Case Al Mare is just .3 miles from the ocean. You can make the quick walk to the beach or rent a golf cart for convenience. The private pool was installed in March 2023 and can be heated for an additional charge of $50 per day (contact North Beach Vacations in advance to arrange and pay). Enjoy the outdoor seating on the balcony or ground floor patio. A gas grill is also provided for your enjoyment. In the enclosed garage there is a ping pong table and corn hole set for added fun as well as a beach wagon and beach equipment. Located in the popular Cherry Grove Section of North Myrtle Beach, you will be in close proximity to all the must see entertainment venues, restaurants, attractions and shopping that our area has to offer!

Great place at the beach

Communication at booking was great and the check in process was a breeze, the home in cherry grove worked out great for our annual cousins golf trip. Highly recommend

Our New Favorite Vacation Spot!

What a perfect spot for our family. We had a great time in the home and the location was amazing! Walking distance to the beach, close to everything. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Great house! Great location!

The family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We ran out of propane one day, but management jumped on it quickly and had us a refill that same day. The heated pool is great!

Wonderful place to stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Casa De Mar! The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. There was beautiful stained glass in almost every room and so much character. The pool was clean and a perfect size for our family. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the various birds in the marsh behind the house. It was a fabulous week! . We will be back!

Good stay

Overall, a nice place. Just enough room for my family of six. Pool is big but definitely needed it heated. It could use a deep cleaning and upgrade to kitchen supplies like the pots and utensils. Nice short walk to the beach.

Excellent Home

Neighborhood is great and short walk to the beach and grocery store. Location is quiet and relaxing. Home is wonderful and pool area is great. Only issue is the trees above the pool place a lot of debris into the pool when the wind blows. Bedding could be better but that’s a small issue. I would stay again if traveling to North Myrtle for vacation.

Nice fall break getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was really cute with ornate features and lovey molding and decor. Could use a tad more/different seating, especially outside. However,the beds were super comfortable. We got a kick out of the "strange" doors around the place. Could use an upgrade on cookware, but 🤷‍♀️. We can deal with whatever. Pool area is really nice and the views of the marsh. Cherry Grove was really cute and quiet, very easy to navigate

Great week of vacation

My Family group of 7 had no complaints whatsoever about this house. It is exactly as described. Had everything we needed to relax for the week. Great location!!! The pool was a perfect addition to have for the days you wanted a break from the sand and heat. Perfect yard for cornhole which we played all week. The ONLY thing i would change has absolutely nothing to do with the property. The property was Excellent! I just didnt understand why it was necessary to check in at a separate location for a totally keyless entry. That Was a waste of time. But, not enough of a hassle to keep my from coming back in the future. That is for sure.

GAS LEAK BLUES!!!

On Sunday when we checked in, there was a faint odor, we thought it was the marsh next door. The next day scent was stronger and finally Tuesday morning it smelled like sulfur. We called North Beach Realty, they sent someone out. It had been a gas leak in the hot water heater. We had to be displaced to another house. The pack up was rigorous with a set of twins, 11 months old, a 3 yr old, 4 yr old, another 3 yr old. Imagine the repacking again just for the kids! Our reward for the move, on vacation, another house. Seems they should've worked a little harder to compensate folks who want to vacation without having to work again during the vacation. I understand no one wanted this to happen, but it did and a multi million dollar company could have done far more than they did, ESPECIALLY WITH A BONAFIDE GAS LEAK! THANK GOD WE ARE ALIVE!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is beautiful. Withing walking distance to just about anything made it nice. Anything we needed for cooking was there. Check in and out was easy. The only things I would bring to your attention is: There were no blankets on premise, could have used a couple blankets. Pool had dirt in it when we arrived, pool guy came on Weds. but did not vacuum the dirt out, he came on our day of departure and cleaned it out. So there was dirt in the pool from day one for us. The net to clean out leaves was broken so it was difficult to get the leaves out from the trees above. The group had a great time and the home was great.

Great location steps to the beach and private pool

We really enjoyed our stay. The listing is exactly as the pictures show. The beach is at the end of the road, an easy 3-5 minute walk with kids. The house is on the end which offered more privacy than most other homes. I was worried it would be buggy at night with the location but it wasn’t at all. Check in was easy and the home was clean and plenty suitable for our family of 5. We didn’t utilize all the spaces but there was plenty for us to spread out. The front living room is a bit removed from the main area/kitchen so we didn’t utilize it or even turn the tv on, but who goes on a beach vacation to sit inside to watch TV!? Most days we went to the beach in the AM, came back for lunch and then lounged by the pool in the afternoons. Having the pool is key for my family. We love the beach but love having the pool to dip into after and relax. We only had a couple tiny maintenance items nothing out of the ordinary and they were prompt attending to it-and friendly. I would have liked to have had a bit more cooking/ storage supplies in the kitchen, but we made due. I got some at the grocery store. I would have liked some lounge chairs given the pool and large deck too as well as some hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels or wet bathing suits, just little things to make it more convenient. Also recommend surfing lessons with Native Surf. Chris is the owner and he was great! He’s a local & was great giving us all the local places to visit! Would book again!

2023 Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was an overall great experience. This home could use some love and improvement. These are things that need attention. The home needs a deep clean, very dusty!! The deck needs replaced, very dangerous. It needs seating on the upper back deck.
