Hello Renee, we’re happy to hear you and your family had a good time at Bikini Bottom. Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over the ease of using the VRBO site and we’re sorry you had trouble with it. We provide multiple sets of pots, pans, and skillets so you will have more than enough for twelve guests. We are more than happy to provide additional needed items had you contacted us. We would appreciate the opportunity next time rather than leave a three star review for a missing skillet.

We made an exception for the guest to come with her four dogs. We didn’t hear from the guest during her stay and would have been happy to address any issues. The pool is in the same shape as the pictures in our listing. It would have been helpful for her to have let us know and provide pictures to confirm the information. We would not host this guest again.

Hello John. It’s extremely unfortunate that you left a negative and inaccurate review once you completed your reservation. The few times we spoke to you and your family during your stay, you all were very happy and told us that everyone was having a great vacation and how much you were enjoying the house. You never mentioned any issues besides a “skunk odor” you smelled in the front entrance one morning. Even though we couldn’t smell it, we quickly addressed it by asking the other guests and found no indication that anyone was, or had been smoking on the property. As far as the other items you mentioned, we are very detailed in our description of the house where this information is included and should be expected. We offer this option of a pet friendly duplex with a pool as opposed to a single family home that would have cost over 30% more for the week. When you travel in the future, please be sure to read the full description of the property so you are aware of what to expect and give the host an opportunity to address any issues while you’re at the property. We understand that some guests are best suited for a hotel.

Hello Craig. Thank you for the review. Similar to most rentals in the area, we provide starter packs of soap, toilet paper and paper towels. This is stated clearly in our description. Hope this helps clear up any of the confusion mentioned in your review.
