Eclectic studio in the heart of South Park!

Take it easy in this unique and tranquil getaway. The studio is through the our lush garden.. Our unit has a fully-stocked kitchen in a triplex. Enjoy a night on the rooftop pati or a short walk to several fantastic restaurants Bohemia is in a central location to Balboa Park or the San Diego Zoo., It is 15 minutes from airport, 18 minutes to beach. Looking forward to hosting your stay in San Diego. Parking is in the carport in the back of the unit.

Credit card fees are non refundable. 5% of your deposit will not be returned upon cancellation.
Please no shoes in the home.
No smoking on the premises.
No outside noise after 9pm please =)

We had a wonderful stay here! The space was clean and comfortable. The rooftop was a great place to watch the sunset, we appreciated the access to laundry, and the location is close to lots of fun activities and restaurants.

The listing and pictures are accurate. In fact, the unit is more wonderful! The rooftop deck is a real treat, and it’s private. The unit was spotless and cozy. I didn’t cook, but the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The neighborhood is alive with coffee, good food, drinks, books, yoga and it’s all walkable. I give Juniper and its host 5 stars. I’ll be back!

We had a great experience staying at this listing, the house is a great location with easy walking to plenty of nice bars, restaurants, and breakfast places. The house was clean and comfortable with nice views from the rooftop patio. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in this charming apartment. It was beautifully designed, clean and in a perfect location. The house and pathway has a lovely fairytale feel about it - magical!

Excellent place to stay!

Laura takes pride in her VRBO. Clean, easy to access, carport very convenient for parking. Close to many attractions, restaurants, shops, etc. nicely equipped with items. Would definitely recommend.

The host is the best we have experienced with Vrbo and its competition. She provides information about nearby restaurants. She answers all questions quickly. Above all...is this charming and warmly decorated apartment. Comfortable and well stocked appliances and utensils in kitchen. The ideal place to stay.

Charming spot with plenty of character

This place is in a great location, and the unit itself is charming. The decorations are wonderful, it's a super cozy spot with any amenities you need, and the host is friendly and very responsive. I can't wait to come back and stay again for a longer trip.

Cozy, perfect location

My daughter and I Stayed here for a few nights and had a fabulous time. Cozy, warm and well-appointed. Close to everything. Definitely recommend!

loved my stay here. in a lovely neighborhood with shops close by. only downside is late check in at 4pm. other than that i absolutely will be booking here again.

Will never stay anywhere else in SD!

My boyfriend and I have never really cared for other vacation rentals very much but this place was the best. It was so cute, in a great neighborhood, and we felt very safe and comfortable here. Next time we are in SD, we will definitely be booking this place to stay!

Exactly what we were looking for

This apartment was just what we were wanting for our visit to San Diego. It was clean, equipped with all we needed, and close to Balboa Park and downtown.

Cute studio, wonderful location!

I stayed here with my 9 year old, and it was great! We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals, and the neighborhood was adorable, and reasonably close to the zoo and beaches. We'll definitely be back!

This was an incredible space ! It actually felt bigger in person than what it seemed in the photos. Everything was very clean and it was notable that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals during the week (pots, pans, cutting board, baking sheet) We used the rooftop a ton and it is private to only this unit. The location is also great - short walk to several cute shops, bars, and a wonderful breakfast location (shoutout to Beddas). Host was awesome and very responsive.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again! Choices for restaurants and coffee places everywhere, in a walkable neighborhood, make this rental a no-brainer. It’s clean, quiet, and communication with the host was quick and easy. There’s off street parking . Loved it!

Great spot that was quiet and peaceful. Watch out for cleaning fees, since it makes the stay somewhat overpriced.

Great Central Location

I was in town for a conference at the San Diego Convention Center and this ended up being the perfect spot to stay. The space was very comfortable and well maintained, and the selection of food within walking distance was awesome. I will definitely book again next year if I attend the conference.

Cute and comfy

Very clean and included every amenity you could ask for. Close to several restaurants and markets. Lots of space and we felt very much at home in this cute and comfy house. Bottled water and snacks welcome you to the property. Loved our stay.
