Take it easy in this unique and tranquil getaway. The studio is through the our lush garden.. Our unit has a fully-stocked kitchen in a triplex. Enjoy a night on the rooftop pati or a short walk to several fantastic restaurants Bohemia is in a central location to Balboa Park or the San Diego Zoo., It is 15 minutes from airport, 18 minutes to beach. Looking forward to hosting your stay in San Diego. Parking is in the carport in the back of the unit.
Please no shoes in the home.
No smoking on the premises.
No outside noise after 9pm please =)

Great place in South Park

Great place to stay in South Park. Nice historic neighborhood and easy walk to South Park shops, restaurants, etc. Unit was clean and well equipped with everything i needed. Rooftop deck is also a great amenity. Easy communication with host.

Clean and Quiet

Great spot that was quiet and peaceful. Watch out for cleaning fees, since it makes the stay somewhat overpriced.

Cute and comfy

Very clean and included every amenity you could ask for. Close to several restaurants and markets. Lots of space and we felt very much at home in this cute and comfy house. Bottled water and snacks welcome you to the property. Loved our stay.

Perfect!

Exactly as described. Very comfortable and well appointed with the basics. Shared carport space is limited though and usefulness depends on the size of the two cars sharing. But, there is street parking available and honestly it is where most homeowners in this neighborhood are parking their own cars. So your car is safe. Owner is nearby and very responsive. I would absolutely stay here again.

Will never stay anywhere else in SD!

My boyfriend and I have never really cared for other vacation rentals very much but this place was the best. It was so cute, in a great neighborhood, and we felt very safe and comfortable here. Next time we are in SD, we will definitely be booking this place to stay!

Beautiful studio

We loved the studio we got, it was about an 18 minute average drive to the beaches so very nicely located! Beautiful scenery and loved the view from the roof! 10/10 experience

Exactly what we were looking for

This apartment was just what we were wanting for our visit to San Diego. It was clean, equipped with all we needed, and close to Balboa Park and downtown.

Great Central Location

I was in town for a conference at the San Diego Convention Center and this ended up being the perfect spot to stay. The space was very comfortable and well maintained, and the selection of food within walking distance was awesome. I will definitely book again next year if I attend the conference.

Quaint room and wonderful location!

The property was in a wonderful location. Walking distance to restaurants and close to downtown San Diego/Balboa Park in a car. The rooftop deck was a perfect place to drink coffee, have a glass of wine, or gaze the night sky. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions. Definitely a good find!

First Trip to San Diego

Very cute studio unit that was clean and in a convenient location to all San Diego has to offer. Neighborhood was very nice to walk around to coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Laura was so great to work with and responded to all questions/problems immediately. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice location, but could be more comfortable.

Nice location, easy access to some good restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops. Nut it is too far to walk to Balboa Park. The interior is pleasant and has a comfortable deck above. There needs to be more lighting in the Dining/Living room area. There needs to be an additional outlet near the bar/kitchen table to plug into for computer work. There is a lot of noise outside the bedroom from trash pick up and neighbors early in the morning from the alley. The only place to sit in the Living room is a small couch. A lot of noise from a local bar to early in the morning on the Saturday night I stayed there.

Great Location

We were delighted by the charming comfort of the apartment with access to the rooftop and views. Daily walks to eateries including food trucks and a Target with groceries, proved the neighborhood to be safe, and also surprisingly quiet at nighttime. The host was amazingly responsive. We will definitely choose this rental the next visit to San Diego.
