Great location right on Mission Beach. Very close to Belmont park and eating/shopping area. Access to beach accessories was great.

World-class beach location. Right on Mission Bay Boardwalk. Between enjoying the view of the beach, and endless people watching, no need to ever leave the deck. We parked the car, and didn’t move it for eight days. Very short walk to several dog-friendly restaurants. The host was very responsive, returning text queries within a few minutes. The accommodations had everything we needed, two big-screen TVs, an air-conditioned bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. We will be back.

We had a great stay at this beach house. The place was clean and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and answered any questions right away, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

This was in a perfect location! Beautiful oceanfront views, boardwalk people watching, Belmont Park nearby, and multiple places to easily walk to for food and drinks. The property host Eric was very responsive the couple times we contacted him. He was quick to take care of the minor issues we encountered. We'd definitely like to come back again!

Beach view was beautiful but would have been better with clean windows and blinds that weren't broken and impossible to get up. Host was very kind and responsive.

The location and view was amazing. The beds/couch/lawn furniture weren’t super comfortable, but it didn’t affect how much we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome location!

Had a great stay here. The location cannot be beat and the parking spot is a bonus. Watching the sunset from the patio was the best part of our stay. Very clean place and the beds were very comfortable.

Perfect Location

The location of this property cannot be beat. Literally on the beach and a block from the roller coaster, restaurants, and bars. The property is comfortable and clean.

Great Location!

Place is really spacious and close to everything! Had the best time with friends... looking forward to our next visit! Would definitely recommend! (Beds super comfy, bathrooms spacious, nice kitchen & nice grill & propane firepit on deck which we're used daily!) Can't forget the beautiful sunsets!
