I felt the kitchen could use more utensils. We had to buy our own wine opener. We had to ask for more towels. We stayed 3 nights and for us four they left us 1 bath towel each. We had to request more towels. We all felt the condo was nice and clean but the kitchen had “slim pickings “. It just didn’t feel welcoming for what we paid.

The quality in the photos were very different than real life. Laminate floors were cupped which caused tripping. There was water seeping through the floors. The rental company was contacted but did nothing. The second day we didn't have electricity for about 3 hours but, were reimbursed for the inconvenience. We will not stay there again.

Been coming to Port A for years and finally found this gem on 11th that’s perfect for a relaxing weekend trip. Close to everything, clean and nicely laid out.

Location was great. Easy access to shops & beach. Minimal kitchen supplies, but we only cooked breakfast so it worked for us.
Very very short drive to beach. Pool right outside our condo. NO boardwalk.

Great location
Easy to walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and stores. Nice updated kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean and quiet. Comfy beds. We are old and do a lot of sitting around and we found the living room furniture a bit uncomfortable. The only other criticism is the hot water took a long time to get hot. Otherwise a great place to stay.

No problems at all. Our stay was perfect.
Two recommendations:
* Include instructions as to how to operate the living room TV...we could never get it to respond
*Consider installing a ceiling fam on the patio

Bad Fridge
The only bad thing about our stay was the fridge. Everything in it froze even after being reset.
I think printed instructions for operation of the TV should be supplied. Not everyone has the same provider and they are all different.
