This spectacular oceanside home is just steps from the ocean and one block to the bay!! Or enjoy your own swimming pool for private watertime. The French countryside decor coupled with the open layout will allow you to relax and enjoy your stay. Your family will enjoy all the comforts of home while basking in the sun on our beautiful beaches. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 baths plus a queen sofa sleeper has room for everyone! Custom cabinets, front load /top load washer and dryer, wifi, and grill. Enjoy the view from the many decks including a rooftop deck!

Handpainted ceilings, guestbooks for memories, and the custom master shower make your vacation a even more special.

Beach badges (6) are included. Ample parking in the driveway. Two Outdoors showers. Lovely garden.

A park is one block away...a great place for all ages! Loveladies Foundation for the Arts as well as Barnegat Lighthouse are a short drive away.
Surf, skim, boogie board, paddleboard, kitesurf, windsurf, kayak, swim or just relax and read a book with your toes in the sand...

Great Family Vacation!

This was a great house for our large family. The house is set-up great. It is clean and very comfortable. It started to feel like home. Terry and AnnMarie were wonderful to communicate with and they provide a lot of accommodations that made it very easy on us. The pool and access to the beach was fantastic and convenient for our family. We were able to walk to the local restaurants. We would highly recommend this location.

The property was perfect for my family with 4BRs including a nice Master BR. The backyard pool area is larger and nicer than the pictures on website suggest. Great alternative to ocean when bay breeze brought the bugs. My daughters loved lounging by the pool in the afternoon. Upper living area with Kitchen/DR/Family room was great for our group of 7 adults. Front deck has clear views of ocean. Make sure to bring garbage bags/kitchen towels/soap/etc in addition to sheets/towels for household needs.Overall we were very pleased with the location (two houses from ocean) and the accommodations.

Perfect relaxing vacation!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Harvey Cedars rental! The house itself was warm, inviting and comfortable, providing all of the conveniences of home. The location is perfect, just a few houses off the beach, enabling us to go back and forth between the beach and home with ease. The backyard pool was fantastic and included an outdoor kitchen area that we also enjoyed. The location provided us with a peaceful and relaxing environment on and off the beach. Most importantly the homeowners were wonderful people and attentive to our needs. We can't wait to return next year!

Great Week at Harvey Cedars

Great house in a great location. Enjoyed the homey feel of this house and the heated pool. Made a cool week much more enjoyable. Kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals for the week. The owners were very attentive to our questions and communicated quickly with us. Would highly recommend this house and if we are back next summer we would rent again.

Just what we needed

Staying at this house for the week provided a much needed get away for the whole family. The owners were very kind and helpful. We loved the neighborhood and how close the ocean was. But if you ask the kids the best thing was the POOL!!! It was warm and the whole backyard area is as pretty as in the pictures. The house was beautiful inside as well. Great layout for a larger group because everyone had their privacy. I especially loved the decorations and little details that seemed like a wink from the family that grew up in the house. The decks were also nice for visiting and for dinner al fresco. Overall we highly recommend!

Great stay and excellent communication

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate at first, the hosts made our stay wonderful by making sure the pool was properly heated. The house is well maintained and very comfortable. It’s also in a more residential area so it felt very peaceful and calm. The beach is right next to the house practically so we had a great time going everyday. Would highly recommend this high quality home. Thank you to the hosts who were wonderful

Wonderful family vacation spot

We truly enjoyed ourselves during our week at the beach. The home is clean and the family so responsive and helpful. Heated pool was great for the cooler weather. Views are amazing, and the amount of space for guests is unmatched. Thanks, Deakynes!

We have been renting on LBI for over 10 years and this was the nicest house we have stayed in. Immaculate, great condition, location, excellent amenities and very nice owners. Made for a perfect week.

The owners make all the difference!

My family and I have been renting houses at the Jersey shore for the last seven years, and this was, by far, our best experience yet. The owners are locals who are close by, care about the house and are very generous with tips and suggestions to make your stay in Harvey Cedars the best it can be. The house itself was very well maintained and had all of the amenities that we could have asked for. The pool was clean and beautiful. The views from the living room, dining room and front balconies were spectacular. Just look up and the ocean is right there! And the roof deck was a spectacular spot for watching the waves during the day, catching the sunset over the bay at dusk and star gazing at night. The location is fantastic. The house is on a very narrow part of the Island, so the beach, which is a short stroll from the house, is never very crowded. It is also a a quick walk to Sunset Park for the playground or the Wednesday night concerts. And it is a very short drive to the market, restaurants and shops in Harvey Cedars. But as wonderful as the house and the location are, it is the owners who make the biggest difference. Having owners who are part of the community and truly care about the house and their guests is a refreshing change. They make this house a home and a truly wonderful spot for a family vacation.
