We had a wonderful time at this house. Literally steps from the path to the beach. Very well stocked with the essentials as described. We had 8 adults and 3 little girls who enjoyed every minute. The host sent very clear instructions for everything we needed including beach badges. Plenty of room to sleep, eat, and relax. The host was very responsive to any questions I had.

Beautiful October weekend at the beach

Perfect setting for multi-generational family with a gorgeous view from the deck. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host’s responses to our questions or requests.

Wonderful View & Home

We had an amazing stay and made many memories we will cherish for years to come. The house was clean, well equipped, and the owners were very accommodating, friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend booking!

Right on the beach!

The house is as advertised- right in the beach. The house has an open floor plan on the main level which makes for easy living. The host was very responsive to our needs. I'd definitely recommend!

What an amazing Harvey Cedars location. The oceanview was beautiful. Beach was not crowded and everyone was so nice. House was stocked and clean. It was great to bring our pet and we could walk to the park. We biked to lighthouse and back 12miles and walked every day.

Stay was right on the beach, quiet as we went off season. Communication on items with property manager/owner could have been more clear but overall very communicative. Having beach items was very helpful. View was amazing. Saw dolphins one day!

Location was perfect.

The house was exactly what we were looking for. We had a two year old with us and a long walk to the beach would have been a problem. The house is on the dune with amazing views. The property was clean and really well maintained. The owners were very responsive, accommodating, and made the whole process simple. Would highly recommend for a family vacation.

Better than I imagined

Wow, just a super house with a great location. Everything was like the listing stated and then some. Short walk to the ocean and the bay. The north end of the island was always our favorite and being at such a nice house with our dogs was priceless. Thanks for having us!

A Rare Thumbs-Up from an ENTIRE Family.

We loved both the layout and the location. On our last night together I asked everyone, "Should we look to return here next year?" The response was a unanimous "YES!!!"(While the top patio floor needs treatment and the king bed in the master bedroom should be moved for easier access on both sides, these were minor issues for us.)Will be in touch.

Perfect stay

Overall beautiful home. Very clean. New appliances in kitchen (I even had to remove styrofoam packaging from inside the dishwasher). Fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. John was near immediate with any inquiries.

MOST IMPORTANTLY I would definitely rent here again. There were lots of things that made this property a great one: the view and sound of the ocean can't be beat!!; the beach chairs and umbrellas provided were like new; the grill was large and had plenty of propane; and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. Things contributed to my 4-star (good) rather than 5-star rating (excellent): paint on baseboards and some doors has seen better days (maybe those were the days at the beginning of the season); upstairs couch and downstairs stuffed chair were stained and worn; there were no screens to the sliding doors that opened to the decks; several windows (with screens) were broken such that they could not be opened; a couple window shades were broken; large portions of paint on the upper deck chairs were flaking off; and it would have been nice to have the decks and outdoor stairs swept between renters.

Tiny ant issue but found sprays under sink - so not new. Toaster oven door falling apart. Kitchen can use update. Bottom drawer handle by sink broken - not by us. Perfect location! Confusion with bed sizes - found another sleeper in living room.

Beautiful location, clean, well appointed - host provides needed household amenities, except sheets & towels. Host was very responsive & accommodating when the town didn’t pick up garbage. Dog friendly and comfortable oceanfront residence.
