If I could have given 10 stars I would have

Property was just as advertised. In perfect shape, beautifully appointed quiet and relaxing. Neighborhood was great very close to stores restaurants- even a place nearby to buy cannoli. It was the ideal getaway. The pool area was clean and very private.

Conveniently located, family friendly home

The property is pristine as is the interior of the home. A well maintained and well appointed home that is inviting and conveniently located to grocery store, restaurants and other attractions. We will definitely book this home for future stays in the Phoenix area.

Great house and great location

Loved our stay. This location is so close to restaurants and easy access to the highway. The home was the perfect size and felt so clean. The pool table was a total hit too!

Great place for a family!

This stunner is exactly as advertised!! Very clean, fabulous pool, great little putting green, nice pool table, well equipped kitchen. The home is clean and bright. The host is very responsive although everything was great right from the start. Would love to come back.

Scottsdale Get Away

Terrific stay in Scottsdale. Home was perfect for our needs-great location. Very clean and well maintained. Evan was a great host and communication was excellent. Highly recommend. Check out the Musical Instrument Museum (MIM). It is 5 min. away and it is amazing.

Great Spot for the whole family

We had a great stay here for my daughter's first birthday. Lot of stuff to do nearby (Arizona Boardwalk) and places to dine in, shop, and sight see. We had 5 adults and two children under 3. The house was a perfect fit and very kid friendly. They had a high chair, which was huge for meal time, toys for kids, and even child locks on the exterior doors to keep the little ones safe from the pool. Evan communicated great from start to finish. If we come back to AZ this is the first place we will try to stay.

Clean, modern home in great location

We stayed for over a week following a surgery. The house was clean, renovated and up-to-date, felt safe and stayed cool in the extremely high temperatures. Evan was very prompt and helpful with questions. We’d stay again!

Concert Getaway

My daughter and I took a quick 4 day (3 night) trip to Phoenix for a concert, and the Modern Stunner did NOT disappoint! It was easy to navigate from Sky Harbor, in a great location. The neighborhood is close to all necessities, but quiet and calm. The bedrooms are spacious, with great lighting. There are ample mirrors (we loved that as we enjoyed evenings out). The amenities aren't exaggerated. The pool was cleaned at 7am our first morning, and I brought some pool floaties and a mini travel air compressor. There were floaties there, as well as pool towels - the electronic travel air pump was perfect. This was my first post divorce trip away and Evan made everything a BREEZE! The communication is concise, effective, respectful and polite. He was responsive with the few silly questions I had and all the instructions were clear and easy to follow upon arrival and departure. I am DEFINITELY going to be a repeat customer! My daughter and I talked about how perfect it was for all 5 of us! We will be back

Getaway for two

We stayed at this property for 8 nights in the beginning of August 24, and had an excellent stay. The house is clean, up to date, and well stocked. We really enjoyed the pool and backyard. Our host responded to any questions we had very quickly. I would definitely recommend both the property and host!

Family Get Away

Very enjoyable and relaxing. We were in town for a wedding with family, including toddlers. Great place for adults and kids. Pool area was fun for all. Property was very clean, organized and well located. Evan was a great communicator and was very enjoyable to work with.

Oasis Away from Home

this home was perfect for our family of 4, with it's pool, pool table, putting green and modern amenities throughout the inside of the home. It was no more than about 30 minutes drive from any of the activities we wanted to do. A favorite activity though was the swimming pool. The owner was very communicative and helpful throughout the stay making sure we had all the information we needed.

Traveling Sales

The interior space was really clean and functional. Unfortunately didn’t get to use the pool as much as we would have liked but the price included heating the pool, which is a big plus. The patio also has a Blackstone grill-another nice plus.

Fantastic. Great location, well stocked, and very responsive

This is probably one of the best stocked VRBO homes we have stayed in. There is not much you could need that is not already here for your use. If we ever make it back to Arizona we would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean and well decorated. The beds are very comfortable. Really nice and spacious backyard. Management was very responsive. We will definitely be back!

The Perfect Place to Stay!

I can't say enough good things about this property. Evan the host was responsive with any questions prior to our arrival and checked in with us on our travel days to see how things were going. The house was perfect, great location, near restaurants, activities, hiking, easy drive to the airport. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, felt right at home. Our kids LOVED the pool, the putting green, Baggo, not to mention the days long Monopoly game that ensued and the daily Pool Table challenges. Fun for all, great property, great host, would definitely recommend to others and already have!

Great home close to Mayo Clinic

We needed a place to stay after a medical procedure at the Mayo Clinic Hospital. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and close to amenities. It was a great place to recuperate before traveling home.

The best girls weekend!

We went to Scottsdale for a friends 30th birthday and absolutely loved our stay at this house! From the minute I saw the listing I knew it would be perfect. The decor was so cozy and charming, the house was spotless and smelled amazing when we checked in, the pool was lovely and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was so close to shopping and restaurants and it was nice to have everything within minutes. Evan the host was so great! He immediately reached out via phone when we checked in to let us know if we needed anything we could call or text him at any time. He was very responsive and always made sure we were having a nice stay. I would definitely stay at this property again! 10/10 would recommend.
