Great place for 1 or 2 guests. Off-street parking away from downtown. Bike trail next door. Been here a few times and will be back soon.

The host gave very clear and concise directions and check-in procedures. We really enjoyed all of the restaurant suggestions in the binder. The location was center to all the activities we were going to.Unfortunately, we had to leave due to an emergency and we’re unable to write anything in the notebook. Already thinking of returning again next year and will definitely book this place again if available.

Mary and Kevin are incredibly respectful and accommodating. They were able to answer all my questions about the booking and the surrounding area. The property is very clean and cozy. I would stay here again if im back in the area

Lodging was lovely, host helpful and friendly, and location was perfect…close to downtown for shops and restaurants, and one mile from the hospital, where my husband was having surgery. We recommend the apartment highly!

Mary and Kevin are great hosts. The space is exactly as described, a small, attractive room with a comfortable bed, kitchenware, coffee, tea, honey, etc. There's a small deck with a table for dining. The house is within walking distance of town, which you can get to by taking the Rail Trail directly behind the house. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously during our stay.

Weekend away

Love visiting Saranac lake. The walking distance to restaurants and shopping is great, and the closeness to outdoor activities is perfect.

The room was cozy and well equipped for our needs. There was excellent signage that provided important details. Mary greeted us and we appreciated meeting her. There is a really nice brewery close by along the river. We are there twice. And one morning I was able to ski out the door along the rail trail.

Great place!

Mary and Kevin’s place is a great find! They greeted us upon arrival and make sure that we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying again on a next trip.
