Property was very nice and clean. Could have had more kitchen and bath products. Ran out of paper toweling and toilet paper, and would have liked to have some aluminum foil and zip lock baggies in the kitchen for left over food storage. We had an amazing family vacation. Enjoyed the ocean and pool.

Location, Location

Newly renovated condo with easy access to beach, pool and dock. Close to bars and restaurants. Manasota Beach is a great place to visit.

We enjoyed this location so much! Clean, family friendly and close to the beach , shopping and restaurants. Michael is a wonderful host and provided an awesome experience!

Fantastic Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. Clean and newly-renovated. The extra amenities such as beach chairs, beach umbrella, and cooler was a huge plus and helps to save space when traveling. Access to the beach, pool, and restaurants was just a short walk. We look forward to returning one day.

Michael was great. We couldn't figure out how to work the thermostat. I texted him and he called within 5 minutes. He walked me thorough setting it up. Very nice man....very patient.

Relax!

This home is across the street from the beach! It is lovely inside and very comfortable and clean! The walkability is great to restaurants as well as the beach. When I contacted the manager/owner Michael, he got back to me quickly! I recommend this place and would like to come back!

Birthday Party!

Booked this for my daughter's 13th birthday. She had 6 friends stay with us for the 3 days. They had a blast. Plenty of beds. The kitchen was great. The condo was beautiful. We will be coming back here!

Best of both worlds- Lemon Bay and the Gulf

We truly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Rendezvous Beach Condo. The condo itself was perfect for our family of four. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was an easy walk to dining out. The chairs, beach towels, and all the extras for the beach were great. The fact that we had access to Lemon Bay and The Gulf was amazing. We loved that we could walk on the beach and then come back to the bay to watch dolphins and manatees. The pool was also a bonus. We hope to come back again!

Great location, intercoastal, and beach access

The inside was very clean and plenty of space for our group which included our immediate family of four (2 kids ages 11 & 8). Our friends stayed at the unit above us and at times all 9 of us were in one unit eating or playing games and had plenty of space. The beach is a short walk, and there is a dock and pool in the back on the intercoastal. The pool and dock area could use some sprucing up but the grounds were clean and enjoyable.

We had a good stay overall and really enjoyed the location. It was a very easy walk to the beach, and the access to the bay was a great bonus. The condo had plenty of beach items available, which made our time outside even more fun.There were a few things that could be improved, especially for families with young children. The pictures online did not seem to reflect the current condition of the property after the hurricane, and the playground was not usable during our stay. That was a little disappointing since we had a little one who was really looking forward to it. The pool water also had a very strong chemical smell, which ended up irritating our kids’ skin, so we were only able to use it briefly. Inside the condo, we appreciated the space, but cleaning supplies were very limited. There was only a broom and dustpan, which made it a bit hard to keep things tidy during our extended stay. The kitchen had most of what we needed, though there were no pasta strainers and the spoons were quite large, which was tricky for our little ones during mealtimes.With a few updates and more accurate photos, this place could be an even better fit for families. The location truly is wonderful.
