In the backyard, the outdoor seating offers a variety of options for dining and relaxing while enjoying the beautiful views of the forest. You can gather in the private Hot Tub, which comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests, or gather around the Smokeless Propane Gas Fire Pit in 8 comfortable Adirondack chairs.

We provide one 20 lbs propane gas tank for the Fire Pit at no extra cost. The outdoor gas BBQ grill and a complete barbecuing grill tool set are available for your barbecuing pleasure throughout your stay, without the need for an additional gas tank.

Our driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles. If you plan to bring additional cars, please let us know, as there's an overflow parking lot that's just a short walk (5 minutes away). Street parking and yard parking are prohibited. Please display parking passes, found on the TV stand in the foyer, on your rearview mirror during your stay as required by the HOA.

Any vacation isn’t the same without your pets, is it? With that in mind, the home is Pet-friendly and equipped with various amenities for your dogs:

✔ A PET ADDENDUM must be completed prior to arrival, outlining all pet-related property rules, regulations, and any associated fees for pets.

Experience the best of the exclusive Big Boulder Lake Club community with complimentary access for up to 8 guests! Take advantage of the on-site amenities at the Boulder Lake Club, which features 2 heated inground swimming pools by the lake and a private white sand beach for your enjoyment. You can also rent boats, canoes, kayaks, or pontoons to explore the surrounding area or spend a leisurely day fishing. The club is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, giving you plenty of opportunities to make the most of your time there.

We have actively recording cameras overlooking the perimeter of the house. Absolutely NONE of the cameras are located on the interior of the house.
