While the place was clean, the beds were not comfortable, the windows (all) facing the water were fogged over - badly and overall the place was in disrepair. We got multiple bites from spiders in the beds, we think…We sat on the back deck once as the cushions were not good. Will not be back…

Great place. Very quiet and relaxing.

Everything was great. Had a blast. Great place to fish off the dock. Had no problems with any of the equipment. Would stay again!

Great place to stay and super awesome host!

This is a beautiful house and a great place for my family to stay in hot springs village. Well appointed and great coffee bar. Host was so kind and attentive. Willl hopefully be back.

Quiet and Relaxing Stay

This was a very comfortable house in a quiet cove overlooking the lake. We loved how we all had separate spaces to hang out. We had plenty of room and everything was easily accessible.

The house is comfortable with houses around but it is so quiet you never know anyone is there. The grounds are lovely. Bring some wood if you want a fire in the pit because the wood there may be wet. It can be damp depending upon the season. The water is visually nice but mostly set up for canoe or kayak. No swimming, well not for me. But there are pools available for a fee & beaches not far away on Lake Ouachita. We enjoyed a day at the lake. I came with my son, his family, children, & one of their friends. There is a downstairs suite which was PERFECT for me. Loved having my own space. But no coffee available downstairs in the morning which wouldn’t been nice. If I come again I will bring a coffee maker for my morning cup. It is on a hill with many steps so keep that in mind in case anyone has mobility issues. The yard was lovely & calming. The quaint stepping stones throughout was a nice touch especially with the moss growing around some (I said moist environment). The AC rocked & kept the place totally comfortable in the humid southern summer climate. Good place to visit & relax.

It was very quiet and secluded, neighbors were friendly, not far to activities, they enjoyed fishing and just watching movies

Nice and quiet

We were looking for a place to get away from the city noise and lights and this place did not disappoint. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We didn’t have to bother the host for a single thing. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area. Thanks for a great stay.

Our Spring break

It was a beautiful house with a great view. My only concern was the washer and dryer did not work very well, but we managed. I would absolutely stay here again. The host was kind and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Short Weekend Stay

Overall the house was great! Either I missed it or it wasn’t listed that one of the beds was just a loft bed and another bedroom/bathroom was actually outside and downstairs. However, it worked for us. Very comfortable stay and whomever I was speaking with was quick to get back to us. Definitely would stay again. The location and view was beautiful.
