Newly remodeled 3 bedrooms 3 baths plus an outdoor bathroom. By the Water with private access to the Harbor, 3 minutes walk to Sunset Beach and right next to one of the famous restaurants on Sunset Beach Captain Jack's. Pets friendly, there’s a dog park right next to our property.

Great location and place to stay

the apartment was spaced very well for our family and could've fit more if we needed. We walked to restaurants and some shopping while also being a close drive to everything we needed. Great stay and would certainly recommend.

Great place!

Great location. A block or so from a great walkway in Sunset beach. About a block and 1/2 from the beach. Good restaurants nearby. Place was spacious and just as listed on site.

Perfect stay

Beautiful beach location. Family from North Carolina loved it. A perfect California experience. inside home was great. plenty of space for the 6 of us. The patio overlooking the canal was relaxing. Will stay again.

Place was amazing, beautiful home, awesome area!

Everything was great. The place was clean , newer and nice. I recommend this to everyone. If I had one complaint it was that the photos did not do the place justice. It was far greater than what it looks online.

Slice of heaven

This property was lovely. It has everything you would want in a vacation beach property. Easy beach access, walking distance to nice restaurant, clean and comfortable property, a garage for one vehicle, and the driveway for a second. Also, the property owners were quick to respond to inquiries, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend !

Everything just steps away

Centrally located. Just steps away from the beach, Huntingdon Harbor, restaurants, and shopping. Owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Set right on the canal with boats docked right outside your window/ patio. One private parking spot plus one garage, additional on street parking available.

Nice updated home.

We had a very nice stay here. The place is new and upgraded with everything you need. The host was very nice and prompt on answering our questions. We would stay here again. Beds were soft and slept great! Had fun with the Karyoke machine too! Decor was really nice and everything was clean. Thanks for sharing your place!

Spacious and charming near the beach

Our party of 6 was very comfortable here. The space is airy with an open kitchen area for cooking and socializing. The unit looks newly remodeled and was extremely clean. We all slept well on the soft beds. We didn't spend much time on the glass enclosed patio, but it was very inviting. The karaoke machine was a nice touch!

Beautiful Home

We rented this house for a family getaway and to celebrate my mom’s 75th birthday. The house didn’t disappoint….beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The outside views are beautiful and relaxing. The only thing that went wrong is that on day 2 (out of 5), the stove and oven stopped working. Apparently the gas had been turned off accidentally and it wasn’t going to be turned back on during our stay. The owner brought us a portable stove, but we had to rethink how we were going to cook all the food we had brought. It worked out fine, and all of the other great aspects of the house didn’t let us get upset about the cooking issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Average Family Holiday Stay

Room for family of 6 adults and 2 children to stretch our legs and relax, kitchen worked great for preparing our Thanksgiving feast, but not everything was perfect. Liked: -closeness to beach and restaurants.- Canal sitting was nice -the fire pit was used several times and enjoyed by all-kitchen was well appointedNot Good:-beds are a 1/2 star on a 4 star property. Very uncomfortable and need replacement. A good night sleep was not had by most so the most important “health” helper was the least thought of by the owner. -kitchen needs measuring cups and spoons-exterior was very dirty and had trash on patio with broken lawn chairs and not kept up.Umbrella on table outside was completely unusable and broken. Gas grill was filthy. Garage was dirty and unswept.-hot water in hall bath did not ever work so only the toilet was working. We let owner know but matter was not resolved. -there were no drawers or cabinets or anything to put clothes in. As seniors, living out of a suitcase is less than ideal.Overall the stay worked but for the price and potential that was missed, I would not plan to stay again. enjoyed by all.

Beautiful wonderfully situated property

My husband and I had a weekend away at this wonderful property, where we were able to put our stand up paddle boards in right off the dock and go around the local channels which were fun and safe to explore. We also had use of the garage which was a great to be able to stash our paddle boards over night and take them out again the next day. The property was immaculately clean and it looked to be recently refurbished with very tasteful décor. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The owner, was very responsive. Highly recommend this property.
