A very sweet house in a good neighborhood. I took my 88yo mother to Council Bluffs to via sit some relatives and the house was just perfect. Very clean and just a really nice house. Host was quick to respond to a question I had. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean, comfortable and great location. Only minor problem was neighbor across the street had 3 dogs that barked incessantly. Would rent again.

Cozy cottage, conveniently located to shopping, Omaha Zoo, food and several coffee options. A/C was a life saver on the 95 degree days. We loved it and will be back again. The birds and lightening bugs were an added bonus.

House was very clean and well kept. Pictures listed are outdated, some of the future is different than what is shown. Had some troubles checking into the place. However, the host did respond quickly to get this problem resolved. Road was quite noisy. A personal item went missing randomly, after looking through entire house and cleaning it was no where to be found. This made our stay unsettling. Overall the house was very clean and well kept. The host was helpful and quick to respond. House is nearby many restaurants and stores, very convenient.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family. It really felt like a home away from home during our trip. The location was also very convenient for everything we wanted to do around Council Bluffs and Omaha. My absolute favorite part of the house was the enclosed porch! I spent so much time out there during our stay. It was such a peaceful place to sit and relax, and it was especially nice with our 1-year-old. I could sit in the rocking chair while he played safely on the porch, which ended up being one of my favorite little parts of our trip.Having laundry available was incredibly helpful while traveling with kids, and the house had everything we needed to be comfortable for the week. The host was responsive, easy to communicate with, and very understanding. We were genuinely sad to leave and would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re visiting family in the area. Thank you for giving us such a comfortable place to call home for the week!

The place was extremely clean! And the host was very responsive! I would say the only downside would be the stairs are a little bit steep. Jill was a very good host. I would recommend.
