Wonderful Stay

The place was beautifully decorated and cozy, making us feel right at home. Kate communicated regularly with us before and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

The perfect vacation home

The house was extremely clean and cozy. The instructions for check in and check out were concise. The interior design was amazing! We'll definitely rebook this location when we come back to Gainesville.

UF visit

My husband and I were visiting our son at UF for the weekend. Great space and nice quiet neighborhood. Comfy bed and stocked kitchen made for an enjoyable stay.

UF visit

Quiet area. Fully stocked kitchen and baths. Came to visit our college student and it was a short drive to campus.

Comfortable stay for humans and dogs

Kate has done an amazing job with decorating her place so that you feel like it is a home away from home. It was comfortable for both humans and our dogs. I love the easy access to the backyard (which is private and fully fenced). The separate bedrooms with bathrooms was wonderful for privacy. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. We had a wonderful time and would recommend your place! Thank you!

Very Nice

Clean, comfortable, and decorated nicely. Close to amenities but neighbor's dog barked continuously for several hours and upon return had extremely loud 'bass thumping' music...late in the evening. Good communication with owner and very helpful. Overall, good stay.

A nice little spot!

This was a great place to stay while we were in Gainesville for a couple of days. It was cutely decorated, very clean, and well maintained. It was nice to sit out back and enjoy the peace and quiet. Not really a walking neighborhood, but it was very close to shopping, downtown, the school, and basically everything. The host was wonderful and probably had the best communication that I have yet to see. Thanks!

Family memorial stay

Our trip was to get together with family for our mom’s memorial. It was an emotional weekend but staying here helped make it bearable. The house was clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Basically it was just like being at home. Katie was always available if we needed anything. A big THANK YOU for making us welcomed and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Gators vs Tigers

We came in for the UofF vs LSU game 11/16/2024. Host was amazing. House was immaculate. Great setup inside and out. Plenty of room (3 rooms, 1 Trundle and extra beds) and it made the experience pleasant. Large outback where we enjoyed morning coffee on the patio. Not far from anything at UoF, but just far enough to be off the noisy, crowded path. We will be back!!

Home away from home

Quaint property centrally located, close to the university, shopping malls, supermarkets, and plenty of dining options. Since you open the door a perfectly distributed home with enough privacy and comfort welcomes you. High end details, nice furniture, comfortable king beds, upscale linens, walking closets, well stocked kitchen and modern appliances, laundry room, and a nice backyard (which is being refreshed as we speak.) Kate, the property owner, is a pleasure to deal with, fast response and not only she has a really good taste but she keeps up the property. This is a must stay place when you visit Gainesville.

Nice place, had a few issues.

We enjoyed our stay but it could have been better. It was attractive--Host had obviously put time and effort into the decore. It was comfortable, the kicthen was well equiped and the location was great.However, beore booking, I asked if there was a grill. Yes there was, but it didn't work. Fridge had a water and ice dispenser, nice, but "change water filter" light was on. One of the bathrooms had an electric outlet that didn't work. Host did have an electrician out to fix that, but didn't address the other two issues.

Graduation Getaway

Initially booked this cozy home to attend our daughter’s UF master degree commencement. The house was so cozy and nicely decorated which gave us a feel of a weekend getaway.
