Top floor Single level 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, South Mission Beach location on the Ocean side of Mission Blvd. South of Belmont Park that has abundance of vacation amenities including; roller coaster, Fit Athletic private gym and Plunge indoor swimming pool and recreational facility (day pass available-extra charge), many surf shops, beach rentals, shoppes, extra parking (subject to availability), one large parking space that can fit up to a standard (not XL model) Yukon/Tahoe, in-unit laundry (full size washer/dryer), free WiFi and Spectrum cable, brand new air conditioning unit, very nice outdoor balcony with dining table with 6 chairs, and great peek ocean view, Weber gas bbq grill, sleeps 8 people based on four in the master (2 queen beds), 4 guest in the bedroom (using 2 on the king bed, 2 bunk bed).

The house was clean and comfortable. Only a short walk to the beach and a short walk to coffee or food. I appreciate that the house had beach chairs, toys etc we could use during our stay.

This was an amazing rental. It was extremely clean and well appointed. The beach was just steps away and the owners provided chairs and towels to make beach days the best days. I would stay here again!!! The manager was a breeze to communicate.
Enjoyed my morning coffee sitting on beach.

The location of this mission beach house is perfect! You have one block to the beach and a few blocks the other direction for the bay. The house was clean, modern, and comfortable. We loved our stay and would come again!

Just got back from a five night stay and the property was perfect for us! The house was clean, well stocked and the location couldn’t be better. Easy and quick access to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

The Beach House was an excellent place to stay for our family vacation. Communication with the owner was top notch, and everything shown on the property listing was accurate. Parking was tricky with a larger vehicle, but we were able to maneuver our way in. The location is stellar; walking distance to the ocean and Mission Beach area with great food options and people watching. We really could not be more happy with our stay and would highly recommend booking here!

Nice property. Steps to front door are very steep and hard to maneuver with suitcases. It did have everything we needed, and the owner was wonderful

Great Communication and Location

Real close to a lot of restaurants and Mission Beach. Beachcomber across the street is a nice local spot. Overall very pleased and would recommend staying here again.

Great home! Had lots of little things that we hadn't thought to bring. Terrific location close to the beach. Very clean and communication with the owners was quick and convenient.

Perfect location to Mission Beach and Belmont Park. It's very nice and clean.We did have an issue that the ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn't turn on but they did have a tabletop fan to help with circulation.
