Top floor Single level 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, South Mission Beach location on the Ocean side of Mission Blvd. South of Belmont Park that has abundance of vacation amenities including; roller coaster, Fit Athletic private gym and Plunge indoor swimming pool and recreational facility (day pass available-extra charge), many surf shops, beach rentals, shoppes, extra parking (subject to availability), one large parking space that can fit up to a standard (not XL model) Yukon/Tahoe, in-unit laundry (full size washer/dryer), free WiFi and Spectrum cable, brand new air conditioning unit, very nice outdoor balcony with dining table with 6 chairs, and great peek ocean view, Weber gas bbq grill, sleeps 8 people based on four in the master (2 queen beds), 4 guest in the bedroom (using 2 on the king bed, 2 bunk bed).

Great Stay for Family

We loved the location! It was so close to the beach and a very short walk to great coffee and food. It was awesome to have plenty of towels, sheets, laundry, soap and even shampoo & conditioner. Having access to beach toys, chairs, beach towels, etc. really helped with guests like us who are flying and don't want to pay for checked bags. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The parking spot was definitely small, so we made sure to rent a smaller car. The people on either side of the space often parked on the line making it really difficult to park, so that was frustrating, but not the host's fault. We'd stay here again!

Great place!

This was such a great place for a weekend by the beach. Detailed instructions were sent for check in. Everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our girls weekend

We loved staying at this property. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Check in and check out were easy. The location was great, about a three minute walk to the beach. It was a close drive to downtown San Diego and north to La Jolla. We would stay here again!

Proximity amd Cleanliness!

My family of four enjoyed a fun stay at this Mission Beach condo. Initially a less than 5 minute walk to a beautiful stretch of pristine beach. We also spent an afternoon at Belmont Park “next door”. And the reminder of our trip we drove the just 20 minutes into downtown SD. The condo was one of the cleanest we have stayed in, which goes a looong way. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

San Diego family getaway

The condo was perfect for our group. We loved the location, we could walk to a lot of places and the beach was a block away. We would stay here again.

Great Mission Beach house,

The house was perfect size for a family of 7 (4 adults 3 kids).Everything was clean and tidy. Single parking spot big enough to park a Suburban. I could trow a stone to the beach (literally) that's how close it is. Great communication with host, will recommend and absolutely be back again.

Fantastic time at the beach house!

We stayed at the beach house for 5 nights with our children ranging in age from 5years old to 12 years old. We had a fantastic time! The host was quick and responsive with any queries prior to our stay. The access details were provided on time and were easy to follow. The accommodation was lovely - nicely furnished, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, great appliances and amenities. We were blown away with the location and the provisions supplied within the accommodation. We were especially pleased with the beach equipment and toys which were also provided - this was not expected and it was a well enjoyed extra. All in all we were left with the impression that the host was very thoughtful and diligent in ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation to others and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful

This was our 2nd time staying here and we enjoyed it just as much as the last time. It’s the best stocked property we’ve ever stayed at and it’s very clean. The parking spot easily fits my Expedition and the location is steps from the beach, and just a short walk to Belmont, even for my two small children. The downstairs neighbor was rude in the past but no issues this time. Communication with the host was quick, thorough and pleasant. We will likely stay here again next year, too!

Great place!

We loved the property and area! The condo is nicely laid out and everything you could need is there. One of my favorite things to do was getting coffee and breakfast at Blue Palm. We’ll likely stay again when in the area.

Clean and remodeled

This property is probably the best place I have booked through VRBO so far. Very clean and looked like recently remodeled. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom supplies made our stay more comfortable. Highly recommend this property!

Fourth of July

The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed! Kitchen, laundry, nice area to hang out in the den. Just a block from the beach and coffee, market, Belmont. Tucked in just enough to avoid the noisy boardwalk at night. Parking is a little tight but we still managed to park our full sized GMC pickup! Great place to get away!!

Condo is perfect and owner is awesome!

This is the second year we’ve rented. The condo is in the perfect location to the beach and also Belmont Park. It’s beautiful and clean and the owner is awesome to work with. Definitely recommend this condo. We will be renting again.

Close to sand and waves. Plenty of beds. Walking distance to Belmont park. Comfy couch to watch tv. Neighborhood is nice.

Fun beach get away minus neighbors

Cleanliness, location to beach was great!! Place was super comfortable to sleep and had plenty of room for ourselves and my brothers family. Only downside was that the property is a condo, downstairs neighbors were not friendly and started taking photos of issues they had with us immediately such as not ok with where we parked our bikes which was near our parking and nowhere near in their way. They seemed to just want to pick us apart and the “common area” is so cluttered with their things and uncomfortable as it looks right in the neighbors door, we did not use it. Overall if the downstairs neighbors weren’t an issue this place would be a wonderful place to stay and has many other great amenities!

Padres Weekend Getaway

Four guys in their late 30’s who have been friends since elementary school in town for the weekend to catch a Padres game and spend a little time by the beach. This condo was great. Only drawback was the “common area”. Not very inviting as there is a large glass sliding door facing the patio that looks directly into the downstairs owners unit. No problems with the people below us, but you could tell they did not live when we were using the patio. Ultimately, this was not a big deal as we had a private patio above. We mainly used the common area just as passage to the front walkway. Condo was clean, well stocked, very comfortable, and economical. We would certainly stay there again.

Couldn't be happier!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! It was perfect for our family with some younger kids. The location was absolutely perfect for everything we needed: very short walk to the beach or Belmont Park. We grilled out every night and enjoyed the balcony table. The provided beach gear was a cherry on top. The price, location, and accommodations were exactly what we'd hoped for. Highly recommend!

Steps from everything

The location is central. Steps to beach, bay, park, boardwalk. The apartment is clean and appointed as advertised. The parking is rather tight.

Bachelorette weekend get-a-way

We had a great time at the rental. SUPER close to the beach and nearby food and market stores. Was a bit confusing to find the property because the front of the apartments face a walkway and you have to drive up the back to get to the parking, but after a bit we figured it out! Very clean and had what we needed! Wish we had more time!
