Such a wonderful little cottage in a great location! The river walk is steps away, cute coffee shops, groceries- everything you need close by. My husband and I stayed here with our daughter and grandbaby and it was a perfect amount of space. The kitchen is well stocked, beds were comfortable, entire place was spotless, showers are hot. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again if available!

We absolutely had a great time staying here. Very quiet and walking distance to a lot of places. Mama bears was so good. Very close to the river walk. I would stay here again. Very spacious and comfortable.

Great Place

We had a great stay here. The beds are super comfortable and the location is super close to the river and walking distance to grocery, brewery, etc. The place was super clean!

The house was perfect for my family of 6. We enjoyed our time there while still being able to explore the surrounding area. It was clean and well maintained and was exactly as listed.

Great stay in Mesa Verde

The house was very clean and bright. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. Our dogs loved the river trail and hiking in the area!

Everything was as described in the listing. Clean rooms, bathrooms, and bedding. The kitchen is nicely appointed for cooking. The area is quiet. An easy drive to Canyon of the Ancients and Mesa Verde National Park. We had coffee at Lost Fox coffee shop and nice walk on the Dolores River path. Kelly’s Kitchen is a great place to eat. We would stay here again.

Sweet home in Dolores

The home was very clean and beds were super comfy. The location can’t be beat right on the river trail. Morning and evening walks were delightful. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

Really appreciated the prompt responses to our questions. Great location in town so can walk to river, restaurants, park. Comfortable beds. Place was like new inside.Needs a salt shaker.Thank you!
