This property had everything we needed and more. It was very pet friendly and the covered parking spot was an added bonus. We enjoyed our time there and Jamie and Rodney were awesome as hosts

We loved our stay and were thankful to find such a warm, welcoming, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated home near the area we wanted to explore. The hosts are amazing and thought of anything and everything guests could need or want. It was nice having the large backyard for our dogs. This has definitely been the best of any homes we have stayed in. And thank you for the snacks! We hope to be able to return to this home for another trip.

I have stayed at several AirB&Bs. But this place is over the top. The Hosts plan and think of everything and makes things so easy. And the house and furnishings were wonderful and the best I have stayed in. Best place by far you could ever find in the area.

Lovely, up-to-date house. The owners had thought of everything from snacks to a basket of extra chargers. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Our dog loved the huge fenced backyard. A few minutes’ drive to nice restaurants. Fifteen minute drive to the Mesa Verda National Park entrance. Definitely one of the top VRBOs we have stayed in. Would return if ever in the area and highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a home that has everything and then some this is the place. We have to say the hosts have thought of everything you need. Close to the Main Street , great restaurants .Very close to Mesa Verde and canyon of the ancients.

WOW, stop scrolling & book this property, you will be glad you did. We found it to be the most immaculate, well stocked, well organized, cute & cozy home we have ever rented. There was everything you could possibly need in this home. The kitchen has so many utensils, dishes, any appliances that you will need & everything just gleamed, it was so clean! The decor is wonderful, beds comfy & nice furnishings through out the home. It’s like they have thought of everything. The communication was great & we had no issues at all during our stay. Thank you Jamie & Rodney for sharing your lovely home!

If you are in Cortez, I highly recommend this property. The hosts were very communicative and welcoming. The house is adorable and is perfect for a family. It’s very close to restaurants and the national park, so do yourself a favor and stay here!

I normally don’t leave reviews.I have stayed in many VRBO properties, this is the best provisioned property I have stayed in. They thought of everything and it was extremely clean.We will be back if it’s available next time we come to Cortez.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The place was spotless and full of all the amenities. The huge yard was appreciated as well, and it was great to enjoy time outside with the dogs in a fenced yard. Hosts are very accommodating and communicative. We would love to visit again!

The hosts were outstanding. Their “house” book was informative and helpful. Bedrooms are a bit on the small side so choose your luggage wisely.

This is the most charming little bungalow in Cortez. Located in a perfect spot. I love being so close to the beautiful Sleeping Ute Mountain. We flew in from Tennessee on a very early flight and drove in from Durango airport. We arrived a little before check-in time. Jamie allowed us to go ahead and check in. We had been traveling since 3am so we were so thankful!I have never stayed anywhere that is so well equipped with everything a traveler could possibly need until now. Down to the tiniest thing you may need or forgot to bring with you, Jamie had it stocked. We did not need to bring any essentials. She had everything you can think of. The place was so cozy and was stocked with blankets, extra pillows and the mattresses were amazing! We slept so well!My favorite thing was the little coffee station she has set up in the kitchen. Nothing lacking for your morning or evening coffee! She had everything, down to the sugar and stirring sticks! Chefs kiss!Jamie was absolutely super! We will definitely book with her again when we’re back in town to see our family in Cortez! Five stars!

This is such a cute home. Well kept and maintained. We felt welcome and so did our dog. Nothing was missing, they thought of everything. I would definitely recommend this home. Thank you Jamie and Rodney.

This is one of the nicest VRBO’s we’ve stayed in. It was super clean, cozy and felt like coming home each day. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. All the linens and towels were very nice. The hosts were quick to repspond. Very convenient to Mesa Verde, Canyon of the Ancients and within an hour of Durango. There is a side window by the carport door that might benefit from some privacy film.
