Its the second time ive stayed here. Feels like home. Convenient location. Everything is as described. Beds are comfortable. View is wonderful.

Mountain view cottage

Quiet, clean, and good location. Only bad thing was the hot water pressure wasn’t great but we managed. We would definitely stay here again.

Mountain View Cottage on Granith Mesa

Quiet location with great views and everything needed for a stay including a kitchen. It feels remote but you are just a few minutes from town or bike riding and hiking trails.

Quiet and peaceful location, yet close enough to Delores (2.5 Mi). Great and timely communication with Jason, the property owner/manager. The cottage was clean and beds comfortable. Two minor items to note: low water pressure and no real dining table but definitely not deal breakers.

Cute & Cozy

Secluded location but close to Dolores. Contrary to previous reviews, the heater is a ventless unit so there should be no safety concerns. We used it with no issue. Accommodations are extremely fair for the rate charged. We would stay again.

Convenient

This VRBO is located close to Dolores, CO and the San Juan National Forrest. My friend and I drew 1st rifle bull elk licenses. We did not have much luck finding elk. We are no longer able to traverse rough terrian because of physical limitations. We still enjoyed getting away and seeing different countty.

Nice Cabin

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It is right outside Dolores and close to Mesa Verde and Cortez. Only an hour drive from Durango and four corners. We were able to do a lot of activities and explore new areas of Colorado. The cabin’s beds were comfortable which is a must when you are tired from the day’s activities. The nights were cool and A/C was not required as long as you had a fan and cracked the windows. The kitchen was small but appropriate for making small meals. I wish there was more of an outdoor space to eat, sit, and enjoy summer evenings outside of the cabin. The cabin was private and had a view of the mountains. It was great to have WiFi and was able to work from the cabin when needed. Overall, the cabin was great as a base camp and a great price which allowed us to afford to do even more activities.

Not like the description

Not maintained at all. BBQ grill was rusted shut and look like something pick up off the side of the road. No Air conditioning. Fan in living room was melted fan blades from the heat. Like when you use indoor fan outside. It does not move air. The heater is gas and not properly vented to outside.( not vented at all so fumes went to inside home) water heater not properly vented either. We were under the impression on home on the 75 acres. Nope home on 1 side and rented rv on the other side no privacy. Yard was not maintained at all. Very disappointed after driving for 1500 hours

delores vacation

Well we know it's a work in progress Jason & Loretta are very nice & took care of whatever we needed . Even supplied us with fresh eggs !! It has GREAT Mountain Views & hiking on the Large property . Very private , lots of Pine trees for shade . Love the Town of Delores with the Delores River , Parks & Shops & Restaurants & hiking trails !! Not far from other Towns to visit & Our Family Camped with their RV right in back of the Rental house !!

Affordable and comfortable

Check in was easy, beds very comfortable. Great location, private and affordable. The only things we missed were screens on the windows (we prefer fresh air instead of a swamp cooler at night) and some kind of table where we could sit and play board games. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Rustic House

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute little house. The privacy and seclusion were wonderful and there were beautiful views of the mountain ranges nearby. Our son loved watching the lizards play in front of the house every morning and the sunrises were awesome. We look forward to another stay in the future!

Cozy cottage with great hilltop views.

This clean little place was cozy and had sufficient kitchen/bath items for a couple of tired hikers. Bed was comfy and the night sky views from this place were great!! Water is supplied by a cistern, so expect water pressure to mostly likely be less than to what you are accustomed. Internet is touchy, but we really only use it for weather forecasts, some driving directions and to check the National Park websites. Access is by a long unpaved, but quite well maintained dirt road.

Great little spot

Perfect place to stay for a small group. The house was clean, warm and very cozy. We especially enjoyed the firepit and the amazing views.
