Overall nice place easy to get around. Pool is nothing fancy but good if you have little kids.

We truly can’t say enough good things about this condo! The location was absolutely perfect, and we honestly enjoyed the beach more than we ever have. We will definitely be back!The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I actually loved that it felt like a real vacation home rather than a place that was too precious to touch. There were board games and books left by previous guests, comfortable furniture, and plenty of little touches that made it feel welcoming and lived-in. With three kids, I really appreciated being somewhere that was nice, but also felt completely comfortable for a family to actually relax and enjoy. Nothing felt too fancy or fragile for the kids to be kids!The communication was also fantastic. Between the texts, emails, website, and all the information provided, we always felt informed and knew where to find what we needed. I especially appreciated the local recommendations and helpful information. Hopefully we never need the ER information, but I absolutely appreciated having it readily available!Most of all, we loved the family-friendly atmosphere. We felt comfortable, relaxed, and safe having our kids there, which made the entire trip even better. And according to my kids, the pool was the best part of the whole vacation! We truly loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this condo to other families. We will be back!

Nice location

Nice condo in a quiet spot on Perdido. Really good if you are looking for a smaller condo with less crowds.

The ocean and beach right in front of building was excellent! No street crossing. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Washer and dryer in unit was great and elevator to the 3rd floor condo was so convenient. First time to Perdido key, and we were so satisfied with the quiet location and beach access and beautiful beach, dolphins swimming by. Good restaurants within just a few miles. Love the small island, 45 speed limit to slow down. Pensacola was close and fun too, as well as orange beach ..favorites testsura ts were The Catch- Orange beach. Nicks boat house - Pensacola , The oyster Bar -orange beach. Hope to return, lovely

Fantastic stay at a fantastic rate!

From booking to checkout, our stay was first rate. Excellent communication and the check in staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful. We walked into the unit to lights on and ambient music playing on the televisions - nice touch! Power went out the last day there and the after hours contact was right on it. There wasn’t any details connecting to WiFi but a quick phone call and that was taken care of. Maribel had prepared our unit for us and she did a fantastic job. We would 100% stay here again!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and featured an easy walk up to the third floor when the elevator was occasionally out of service. While we had a great stay, adding an outdoor grill and updating the decor to give it a stronger beach vibe would elevate the experience. We also noticed one small fan was quite dusty, which we simply tucked away in the closet. Overall, it is a lovely property that just needs a few minor updates to truly shine.
