**This cozy cabin really cannot accommodate groups of more than 4/5. The 2nd bedroom with bunk beds is very small. The sofa in the living room folds out. Please know this is not a large area either.**

PET POLICY
One pet is allowed with special request only and $150 one-time pet fee. Guest will be asked to commit to pet waste cleanup, no pets on furniture, and no pets can be left alone if they bark and disturb neighbors. These items will be outlined in your contract.

NOTES
-No Air Conditioning: This cabin does not have air conditioning. This is common for many waterfront cottages in Door County, where the cool breezes from Lake Michigan naturally keep temperatures comfortable most of the season. Fans are provided throughout the home for your comfort, but if air conditioning is a must-have for your stay, this property may not be the best fit.
-No smoking in the cabin or on the premises
-To ensure a seamless check-in experience, guests are required to review and sign our standard rental agreement and complete a quick check-in form prior to arrival. This helps us comply with local regulations and provide the best possible stay.
-Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee. Your refund will be in full, minus the 4% cc fee. This is detailed in the guest contract.
-Natural Waterfront Notice: This home is located along a natural Lake Michigan lakeshore. Shoreline conditions—including vegetation, water clarity, water levels, and the amount of exposed sand or rock—vary throughout the season based on weather, water temperature, lake levels, and other natural factors. Photos accurately reflect the property when taken, but current shoreline conditions may differ. To protect the lake’s ecosystem, chemicals are not used to remove or control naturally occurring aquatic plants or shoreline vegetation.
Our Cabin can accommodate a family of 5 comfortably/possibly 6 (it`ll be cozy with this many). There will be an extra fee of $50 per night for any additional guest beyond 5th guest (this helps cover cleaning, linens, septic cost, etc etc. You will only be able to list a maximum of 5 guest when making a reservation for our cozy cabin, thus we need to express the importance of letting us know prior to your arrival via the Airbnb messenger platform how many are in your group.

We may consider you bringing a well behaved dog. This will be determined on an individual basis. Please contact us ahead of time/prior to your arrival/confirmation of reservation to make arrangements. Again there will be an extra cleaning fee charged, ($50 to $100 per pet/per stay) depending on the size and breed.

Our cabin is in a unique beautiful area, however there are still neighbors nearby, we ask that you please be courteous of others, especially during late night hours.
