The condo was extremely clean and centrally located. The beach is a bit of a walk through the property but gorgeous when you get there.

Everything was very clean and newly updated. Very close to one of the pools. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach but not terrible, and you have direct walkways and access to the beach. Check-in was super easy and friendly. Gated community entrance. Close to the trolly stops. Bedroom is very spacious with a king a bed. Bed & bedding was comfortable but the pillows could be upgraded. Overall stay was great and would stay again.

Some of the best vacations are the ones where everything feels easy from the moment you arrive, Denise. We're so glad Jamaica Royale 039 by Tropical Sands Accommodations provided a clean, updated space, an easy check-in experience, and a comfortable stay with convenient access to the pool, beach, and trolley. We also appreciate your feedback about the pillows and will share it with the owner for consideration. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Siesta Key!

Some of the blinds were broken. The internet did not work well. The key code didn't work consistently. Construction noise next door every morning. Pretty place, new kitchen.

We appreciate you sharing your experience at Jamaica Royale Unit 039 by Tropical Sands Accommodations, Christina. We’re glad you enjoyed the pretty space and new kitchen, while also understanding that a few issues took away from the stay. We’re looking into the intermittent key code and internet concerns, which may have been affected by the recent storms, and the blinds are scheduled to be repaired this week. There is also hotel construction taking place next door, which is outside of our control. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and hope to provide a smoother stay next time.
