Amazing 18ft ceilings! (No elevator) Just pack your bags, condo is fully furnished for your stay including appliances, dish ware, linens, washer/dryer in unit and a downstairs storage unit full of beach accessories. (beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella/canopy, beach wagon, cooler - all included. )
Complex offers a heated pool, private boat ramp and dock overlooking the intercoastal waterway. Comfy condo offers a 2/2 layout including a private, beautifully renovated en suite master with a king sized bed! Second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and living room sofa is also a queen sleeper. Condo features a 55” smart tv with a PlayStation 3 and accessories in the living room along with a Nintendo Wii and games. Master bedroom has a 32” tv with cable, and middle bedroom also has a 32” tv with ROKU and a Blu-ray/dvd player. WiFi is included. Lots of board games and toys for the kids to enjoy when you’re taking a break from the sunshine.
Parking - Condo has 2 designated parking spots tandem underneath the building.
Walking distance to lots of restaurants and beach shops.
