Located a few miles from downtown Tecumseh, MI, the house is located on 10 acres of land, including a wooded area with walking trails. It is also part of the Merillat Airport (34G) community, a grass runway. Perfect for fly-in/fly-out guests, or if you just want to sit on the back balcony or by the fire pit and watch planes take off and land. The house is also 25 miles away from Ann Arbor and University of Michigan and 20 miles from MIS. It is also only minutes away from both Tecumseh and Adrian, both with beautiful shops and great restaurants! It is also a central location for many wedding venues and golf courses as well.

Minimum night stay is set to two nights. If you would like to request a one-night stay, please send me a message and I will approve based on your request. Thanks!

We keep coming back

The house is perfect for our group of 10.very clean.very comfortable.plenty of room to gather or slip away for some solitude.I cant recommend highly enough.

Great family gathering

The property was ideal for our 9 person group from 4 different family households. Great space, layout, etc. and it was decorated really nicely for Christmas. This was our second consecutive year staying at this property.We had a few questions during our stay and the owner was extremely responsive and helpful each time.

Christmas 2024

Had a wonderful stay and hosted our family Christmas gathering. This property is perfect for large families. Host was great and very responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again next year!

Stellar location for families

Wonderful home for a group. The house was in great shape, kept very clean and even with decorations for the holiday. This is the largest property that I’ve booked for a larger get-together, and wasn’t remotely disappointed. Host was incredibly helpful and communicative before, during, and after our stay.

Family Time

Wedding close by

It was raining outside but beautiful inside. Very roomy and comfy to come home to after tearing it up on the dance floor. Mainly did breakfast there and cards and games at night

Weekend wedding stay

Home was great. Plenty of room for our group of 10 in town for a wedding. Communication was good by property manager. Would recommend.

Beautifully Peaceful

What a beautiful, quiet and peaceful get-away. We just wanted a few days alone with our family.l and got that. The house is beautiful, spacious and full of history. The owner responded promptly and provided clear instructions. It was a very pleasant visit.

Family trip to Michigan for daughter's college graduation

Very nice property! Lots of room for our family to spread out. Welcomed surprise with snacks available in fridge/freezer upon our arrival (great as our flight arrived late and we did not have time for dinner)! Property lacked coffee pot (Keurig was available, but our family drinks A LOT of coffee) and grill needed to be replaced. Host very responsive when we needed dishwasher detergent and tissues.

The airport community is very friendly and kind and it is VERY peaceful at night with a fire in the fire pit or just watching the stars and fireflies on a summer night. In the winter, it's relaxing to watch from the kitchen table the snow falling in the backyard.

The town of Tecumseh has many unique shops and there are great bars and restaurants as well. The Michigan International Speedway is 20 minutes away, Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan, including the stadium, is 25 minutes away. Wampler Lake and many other lakes are about 20 minutes away as well.
