Plenty of games for the lake and boat rentals are available in the area at robs rentals. There is also a 20ft pontoon available for rental as well. We have added a brand new furnace and water softener and a brand new toilet!!There will be room to park your boat on the dock!! Sandy beach and a nice area with a fire pit 10 feet from the water!! Room to park 6 cars and a yard across the street to play volleyball, badminton and many other games. There is room to bring your friends and family. Main bedroom has a beautiful lake view!!! You can see the lake from all 3 rooms and a nice common area upstairs overlooking the lake. Open floor plan looking straight out into the water. There are security cameras viewing cars coming on the road to the house, the front door, and the parking lot. There is a winery a few miles away and a brewery with that’s very live Friday and Saturday nights. And it’s within walking distance!!! There is a gas grill available!! Faster horses is 6 miles away!! As well as MIS speedway!!! Come spend a week and enjoy all beautiful Irish hills offers!! Great Neighbors . Come and take a walk in the residential neighborhood!!!! It’s a great vibe!!! We are available for renters all year long!! Come spend Christmas opening presents in front of the fireplace while enjoying some nice hot coffee!! Last year was a huge success and we plan on building on that success. I want to provide the best most memorable vacations. There is extra dock space if you want too bring your own boat and jet skis!! Great road to walk your kids in the stroller or to go for nice quiet ride on a bike!!! There is a party store 2 miles away with the coldest beer in Michigan and the best liquor prices!! Bring your family and friends and enjoy the time with your loved ones!! Please no BIG parties.. We have a brand new bathroom in the basement and completely updated main floor bathroom. All new shower/tub ,shower door and freshly painted cabinets, new fan with Bluetooth and a brand new power flush toilet. We also feature a brand new furnace. Brand new Mattresses in every room!! Great Vacation

We had a great stay at this property! The location was perfect! The best feature of this property was the outdoor area and ability to rent the pontoon that is right on the dock. Only downfall was there wasn't a ton of shade for the two babies we had with us, as the canopy on the pontoon wasn't useable (I did forget to mention this to property manager upon checkout). I'm sure he would have assisted if we requested, as he was great to work with. We will definitely be back for future vacations!

Sand Lake is a clean and beautiful lake! We absolutely loved our host, the lake house, the view, and all of the rest and relaxation we were able to squeeze in before school starts.

Family Time at Sand Lake!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Sandlake. Our host. Barry was on point and always available when needed and great with communicating. The location is absolutely perfect. The views the fires at night. We loved to fish and caught plenty for a Friday fish fry.. It was absolutely a perfect experience and my family enjoyed it very much.

Great Lake House

Work Girls Trip

Walked in to a really nice 1st floor updated - living, dining, kitchen and full bathroom. Plenty of windows that brought in a lot of natural light and a door that lead to a beautiful porch with chairs to sit and take in the great lake, steps down to a nice dock where they do have a pontoon you can rent,( although we did not ) and looked like good fishing. Upstairs is plenty of beds and space for guests. Best parts was 1)the big, nice dining table with comfortable chairs to eat, socialize and play games at 2) really nice shower on 1st floor 3) rocking chairs on back porch and 4) ease of getting to the house. One update I’d suggest is even a small half bath upstairs, and railings on all stair ways, but certainly didn’t stop us from having a grand long weekend. Communication with the owner was spectacular, quick, accommodating and perfect. Thanks for the great weekend!!

Rented for my son’s wedding and live right down the street!

We took wedding pictures there for my son’s wedding. Spent the day before and wedding and after to enjoy the beautiful lake and beach setting. The kids played in the sand and caught some great fish! Had a family cook out and also enjoyed the neighbors company! I highly recommend this house! We will be back!

Wonderful house with a boat, on sand Lake!

We had a great time! We rent a lake house once or twice a year. We have never had the house have an available boat before. This made the process of getting a boat so easy!!!! The house is nice and clean. It has all the amenities. A nice new washer and drier which we used. The BBQ worked perfectly and was very clean. Plenty of beds for a family of 5. 1.5 baths is a little tight for five but we really didn’t have any issues. Thank you Barry for making our stay easy and fun. Wish we could have stayed longer. Cheers!

Great Summer Vacation

Great place! Close to metro Detroit area. Beach property with nice dock. We rented the pontoon boat as well. It was awesome. Nice lake, good fishing and had a blast tubing. Barry and team were a great host. Nice bathrooms, new washer and dryer, plenty of space to sleep, air conditioned as well. Very nice neighborhood and really nice neighbors. Perfect Fourth of July vacation. Would stay here again.

Located in a nice community on a cute lake. Spacious open living kitchen area. Nice views from living and patio area. Nice Sandy Shores. It generally was clean but could use a deeper cleaning in a few areas. The BBQ was nasty coffee pot wasnt clean, and there was dust bunnies behind bathroom door, and shower mats were dirty. But otherwise was clean. The bedding, mattress and unlevel beds were about a 2/10, and the furniture was worn out and cheap. The sofas are nice and new. I would not consider the 2nd half bathroom in raw Basement (with curtain walls) to be a likely usable option. It would also be good to note the main bathroom is on Main floor and bedrooms are all upstairs. It would be a good place for a family to enjoy the lake and overall I would 5/10 rating.
