My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We found the space to be more than ample for two people. The bed was comfortable and the central air theromstat was easy to control. All communication with our host (Lauren) was immediate and helpful. The appliances were in good condition and simple to operate.We were too busy to take advantage of the well-stocked living room closet holding board games and books. A family looking for a relaxing week at the lake will find plenty of activities for a rainy day.

Was an extremely comfortable home. The location was perfect for us to visit family in Saline and Brooklyn. So many great restaurants to pick from in the area. We definitely would book this location again on our next visit to the area.

Nice and safe location, nice accommodations and very responsive and polite host. Comfy bed bonus! House was everything we needed and more. The lake nearby is really beautiful and easy to walk to and around. We were in the area for an event at Sasha Farms, which is only about a 10 minute drive Would highly recommend you check them out also. Thank you to Lauren for everything and we look forward to staying again in August. :)

It was the perfect home for a nascar weekend. Only 10 minutes from the track. There are 2 beds and a futon that could sleep 2 in the living room. It has a laundry machine as well. The host went over the top for us to find us a ride to the track and made sure we made it safe and accommodated us in multiple ways since we've never been here. 11/10 recommend. We hope to be back again next year.

Nice place

We had a couple of issues but the host took care of it. Overall the place was nice and very convenient since we were spending a lot of time at the speedway

This was the cutest and best little place we could have stayed. The owner Laura went above and beyond for us and was an absolute treasure to talk to. Highly recommended

Irish hills

Many things to do in the immediate area.Overall this little home was perfect for a long weekend to go to the MIS speedway and visit family. Home was clean and comfortable for our stay. Only negative is this property on VRBO says it has A/C and it does not!No instructions for leaving the property ...example, taking out trash, stripping beds..etcA little quicker response time to any inquiry would be nice.Overall i gave it a 4/5

I am so sorry! I tried to upgrade the system to reflect a new thermostat, but ended up not working. It did have AC and I failed to provide you with that experience. I am very sorry!

When we arrive at 4:39 pm a repairman was there trying to fix the air went to dinner came back no air 91 degrees thermostat box off wall laying on fireplace fridge had food in it outside yard overgrown not manicured like VRBO pic only good thing was host cooperated and refunded my money BUT that was our vacation week went home not a good week at the lake

Lack of communication caused us to wait at the property for a few hours without being able to get inside. The house was also unclean and had dirty laundry from previous guests. Home owner did give a small refund due to this.

There was a miscommunication about arriving early and the cleaning person skipped the cleaning. The host ghosted us immediately. No solution was attempted (like at least sending the cleaning people the next day or sending someone to fix the air. We had to clean the toilet and rest of bathroom with whatever cleaning supplies we could find. We had 1 wash cloth for two people as the rest were used by the previous renter. We had to strip the beds and what we believe were extra sheets were wadded up in the closet and smelled musty. We are still not sure if we slept on clean sheets. Also the air was not working but luckily the night was cool and we were able to open windows.I was never so glad to get home and get in the shower.Much of this could have been overlooked if the host would have tried to help instead of hiding from us.

What a lovely little home! We booked a weekend trip last minute and this is exactly what we needed. The house is very cozy & comfortable! The fenced in yard was perfect for our basset hound to zoom. The house has two bedrooms and a futon in the living room. The beds are very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing and watching movies in the living room. The kitchen is stocked with necessities and only has a Keurig, so if you are used to a drip coffee pot - bring yours along! The area and is safe and there is plenty to do. I would recommend checking out Hidden Lake Gardens - So much beauty! Our host, Laura, was so helpful! I would recommend staying at this cozy little home - It is perfect for a little R&R time or exploring the beauty the area brings!
