Place was as advertised. Quit and secluded away from Main Street in lake placid, but a quick drive to town if needed. Everything we needed and more was supplied for our week long stay. Will come back to this condo in the future, had a wonderful stay.

Margaret's condo was very cozy and comfortable. We had great views of all the foliage right out our windows. The location was convenient for all the places we wanted to go to. Overall we had a great visit.

Beautifully appointed condo a very short distance from Lake Placid, worked great as a home base while we played tourists. The Wild Center, Thomas Dambo trolls, ADK Eurofest and ADK Oktoberfest at Whiteface. Bluesberry Bakery, Soulshine Bakery, Caffe Rustica and LP Brewery and Pub were just some local businesses patronized.

Perfect location to enjoy all the the Adirondack region has to offer. Our home away from home was comfortable and fully outfitted to make meals in. On the edge of the Whiteface Losge, one could enjoy both the high end offerings of the lodge and the wilderness all around us. Wh enjoyed a blissful stay.

So very glad you enjoyed your stay. The Whiteface Club and Resort has golf and tennis available, as well as the Cafe on the Green and the Moose Lodge Restaurant on the edge of the lake with gorgeous views. You also treated the condo as your own and took great care of it. Please come again!!

Thank you for your review. The condo is perfectly situated steps from the Jack Rabbit Trail and also the groomed trails at the Whiteface Club on the golf course. There are great views from the golf course. Also, on the Whiteface Club’ x-country ski trails is the Cafe on the Green serving lunch and dinner several days a week. Fabulous! It’s at the 1st hole. Enjoy!

Thank you for your 5 star review. The Whiteface Club and Resort has many great features: a championship golf course and clay tennis courts, both that are open to the public. Trails abound on the the property: Jack RabbitTrail, Peninsula Trail and trails off Blogett Road. In summer the Moose Lodge Restaurant is open overlooking the lake with good food and fabulous views. Please do come again!!

Great location

Nice location to downtown LP. It was great for Ironman weekend. Would book again in the future even for a normal vacation

Thank you so much for opening your home to us. We were pleasantly surprised to see how close we were to the village. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The bed was comfortable. All the rooms were spacious. Cable tv was nice even if we couldn’t find the Sabres game. LOL. we will definitely be back in the future.

Lake Placid Haven

We really enjoyed our stay here. The abode is nicely appointed with interesting and attractive decorating. It is very comfortable. The location is minutes from downtown Lake Placid (with Mirror Lake adjacent). It is also located in a beautiful resort with nice walks and trail access.

Wonderful stay

We have stayed in the Lake Placid, Adirondacks many times in my life and this is one of the nicest place we stayed at. Everything exceeded our expectation. The decor was beautiful and location was private yet close to town. would definitely stay here again and highly recommend those who’s considering renting.

Fantastic Condo

We returned for the second time to enjoy a wonderful Lake Placid weekend. We love the location and everything the Dancing Bear condo has to offer. We highly recommend this perfect place during any season.
