All furniture is Restoration Hardware. It has a large balcony located on the parade route so you can enjoy all the Mardi Gras festivities safely above the crowds on Canal St. Live music, street car line, shopping, spas, famous restaurants, WWII Museum, Aquarium, Casino, Superdome, and soooo much more just steps away!

Great rental in the perfect spot

As advertised and more. The unit was spacious and clean and very well appointed. Responsiveness from Bruno was above and beyond great. Will stay here again.

We enjoyed the space and the location was in walk-in distance to the mall, casino, and bourbon street. The apartment was clean. My only complaint was there was no real place to set your belongings in the bedrooms. No dresser or chest which is no big deal for a short stay but challenging to live out of a suitcase for an extend stay

This property is in a great location, clean, and has plenty of space to spread out and sleep comfortably. The host is very responsive and accommodating. A must stay!

Great spot for walking bourbon street and more

this location is great, it has plenty of space, decent bathrooms, and a nice balcony. the location is this spots best asset, it is right next to the cablecar system and in walking distance to just about anywhere in the french quarter. I would recommend this spot for anyone visiting, 5 stars.

Close to it all

My family of 5 stayed here for our visit to Tulane. The place is clean. Owners are excellent. Great restaurant recommendations. Only reason I didn’t give 5 star was due to the immediate area outside the place. It can be a bit dicey. I think for a family, next time I’d stay at a quieter area of the city. But for people looking to party the location is great.

Sisters' trip

My sisters and I stayed at the condo on Canal Street for a family get together. We loved the condo, found it very clean and comfortable. The location is great! We saw a Mardi Gras parade from the balcony and were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit. Would definitely rent again if I'm back in New Orleans with a group.

Perfect for our Christmas week vacation

We spent Christmas week and loved this place! I can’t say enough about the location. Between walking and the trolley we never had to use an Uber (except for airport) and didn’t have to hassle with a rental. The condo is beautiful with high ceilings and big floor to ceiling windows. Communication with Peter was pleasant and easy. Always felt safe and secure. Would definitely start again.

Great apartment, great location

This property was perfect for a group of 6. Great location, right on the parade route and steps from bourbon street. Beds were comfortable and the layout was great. Communication with the owner was also great.

Perfect resting spot in the French Quarter

My husband and our four young adult children really enjoyed our stay and found the location to be perfect. We had easy access to transportation and were in walking distance to everything we wanted to do in the French Quarter. We were in town during August and we found that we needed to come back to the apartment to cool off in the afternoon between activities and the location made it so easy to do that. The apartment was very clean with a minimalist style. The owner was incredibly responsive and made everything from checking in to checking out a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Extremely quite bedrooms located in the rear of the building. Amazing mattresses. Very clean apartment and extremely responsive host.
