Beautiful and quiet 2BR/2BA condo with balcony overlooking courtyard. The private elevator opens directly into the condo. Located in a walkers paradise, you are steps away from world class dining, shopping, music clubs, bars, aquarium, river boats, sports venues, casino, and of course Bourbon Street. No car needed.
Sip wine on the balcony, enjoy the music and soak in the delights of this magical place. Blackout curtains will assure that you’ll sleep like a baby. The furniture is all high end. Both leather couches have foldout queen beds. The kitchen is fully stocked. Two coffee makers, toaster, etc. There are two full bathrooms with shower/tub combos. In unit washer/dryer combo. Towels and linens folded and ready.

Place was as advertised and manager was very responsive. Great location very close to Bourbon St and still felt like a safe spot. Apartment was quite inside even though you're close to so much of the party.

Beautiful place! So convenient to absolutely everything. Love the gallery with the blues and jazz coming from the House of Blues. Noisy, as everyone says, but I turned on the fan in the bathroom and had no issues. Well stocked like someone has actually lived here. The second bedroom is a perfect dark quiet cave for the insomniacs. The living room is so incredibly comfortable. We very much hope to come back and stay again

This little place is perfectly located for a great visit to the French Quarter. We were able to walk everywhere and the apartment was comfortable and well-appointed.

Great Location to Bourbon Street

We walked to Bourbon street and the area. Enjoyed having a place so convenient to our outings. We also felt safe in this location. Many great restaurants within walking distance. Its right behind the Marriott. I would recommend this place for your stay.

Hidden Blues Gem

Prime location walkable distance to restaurants, historical venues, the French Quarter, Jackson Square, Bourbon Street. Excellent unit, well maintained, well stocked with necessities, so many amenities. Elevator straight to unit. Sit out on the balcony and enjoy House of Blues entertainment from across the courtyard

Perfect Location to Stay

First, the pictures don't do this place justice - there is lots of light and it is very comfortable. The location could not have been more perfect - it's in the heart of being able to walk pretty much everywhere in less than 10 minutes - French Quarter, Bourbon Street, Canal Street, etc. It was very safe with two codes - one to get into the building and one to get into the condo. I highly recommend you consider staying here.

Perfect and exactly as advertised

My family and I visited for a long Thanksgiving weekend. This proved to be the perfect spot for us. It has two primary bedroom suites with full baths, a large family room area, and a great balcony. The place was spotless and tastefully furnished. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The location was great, in the French Quarter and just steps from Bourbon Street. It had a classic New Orleans balcony with comfortable seating for four. Because of its great location, you need to expect to hear some of the sounds of the Quarter at night. From the balcony on Saturday night, we heard excellent music from a nearby club. From the front bedroom, there was the sound of a bustling city. This is not a criticism because we wanted to be near the action. I just wouldn't want those who need absolute quiet to be disappointed. If noise is a problem, the second bedroom was quiet. We have recommended this unit to our friends and will be back the next time we visit New Orleans.

Perfect place!

This place was very nice and clean!!! Perfect size for the 4 of us and so close to everything we wanted to explore while there. Sitting on the patio at night, enjoying the sounds from House of Blues, was so relaxing. We didn’t have to contact the owner for anything at all.

The VRBO was beautiful! Had everything we needed and the location was perfect! Ruby Slipper for breakfast/Poboy restaurant/ Majorca’s /Oceana. We did not like Felix’s. LOVE NOLA!

Wonderful apartment in French Quarter

This apartment is beautiful, well-appointed, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were exceedingly comfortable. The living room was a perfect place for our family to hang out and chat when not exploring. We would be thrilled to stay here again.

Perfect for a girls trip

This condo is staged for women. Absolutely loved it. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bathrooms. There are hairdryers, flat and curling irons, feminine products, shower products, etc. It was very comfortable, especially after our long days of tours. We walked everywhere. The location was great; everything we wanted or needed was in walking distance with the exception of the swamp tour. We Ubered for that; which we expected to Uber occasionally. We felt safe and though the location is busy and the House of Blues is right there, we didn’t have a noise issue. Having the elevator was a very nice perk.

Great Place to stay in the French Quarter

We wanted a bigger place to stay in the vicinity of the French Quarter and were happy we found this property. 2 bedrooms - each w/ their own ensuite bathroom. Fabulous kitchen & Living room. A nice washer an dryer (although no detergent provided). There was plenty of coffee and well stocked Kitchen. Comfortable beds in bedrooms. We loved that the elevator opened directly on to the unit. We travel w/ 2 teenage boys, so we go to the grocery store as soon as we check in anywhere. On the day before we left, we found Rouse's Market on Royal St. Great market couple of blocks away from the property. They have everything you need. The biggest downside to our stay was the 'pull out' couch in the Living Room that we needed for 1 of our teenage boys to sleep on. It had a "hybrid" mattress that needed air pumped in before sleeping on. The matress had a couple of holes in it and did not hold air, so our son did not have very good nights sleep. The second couch pulled out, but the coffee table was solid steel and not movable in order to pull the couch out. Other than that, great stay overall. Responsive owner. Will look up this property when we get back to New Orleans.
