We were able to park on the street and managed our meter by the hour. We did not want to use the parking deck a couple blocks away. The idea of staying in a historic downtown location was appealing at first. When we got back to the unit after our show, there was no hot water in the primary so I msaawd the owner. She said "is the hot water working in the other shower?" It really struck me as odd. We had warm water in one bath...but not really hot. Owner was not the least bit apologetic and accused me of seeking a discount. I told her I had already payed and unfortunately paid too much for a place that didn't meet our needs. Foosball table on saw horses, metal beds with stiff mattresses...not what I had hoped. The steps up to the third floor could be a bit much for young or old...and cetainly the steps up and down inside the unit are something to watch. After being here on a Friday night, I will check reviews a little bit better. Bars, bands and people right outside the building and the bedroom windows (albeit 3rd floor) Great for a bar hopping crowd, but not if you like to sleep. It was after 2 am before it quieted. All fans and sound machines were on.Fabulous location if you want to be in the bar scene. I would recommend it for under 35 year olds.
