UNCW Move In

We came for a quick stay while moving in my son to UNCW. The location is awesome and the apartment was beautiful. We even got to see a movie being shot outside the apartment during our stay.

July stay

This was our second time staying at this location and was fantastic again. Everything was perfect. Condo was super clean and great location in historic district. Close to restaurants and river walk. Also, close enough for easy day trip to the beach. Highly recommend.

Spotless and Spoiled with extras

I stayed here while visiting to attend a conference and this condo was absolutely beautiful and in a great location! I was a little worried about being so close to the bars and the airport but surprisingly didn’t hear much of any outside noise. Tamara was excellent with communication and made the check in process super easy. Also she took care of the details that I wouldn’t have even thought of such as make up wipes, extra plush towels (and many of them!), aromatherapy shower steamers, ample amounts of coffee and tea! It definitely made my stay super relaxing and worry free

Very Nice 2 BR, close to town & Riverwalk

Nice property with everything we needed & more. Quality linens, pillows & towels. Hosts were very attentive. Advised us of restaurants, shopping & the area attractions. Everything was as expected, by the description & photos. Floors & bathrooms were very clean. I love the glass shower doors! No shower curtains! Parking was a breeze because of the parking pass & the lot being so close. Unload first, then park 1/2 block away. We could see our car from the condo. The Village Market is next door across the street. Convenient for snacks & staples. I would definitely stay here again. The only drawback was the straight up 24 steps. But it was good exercise & didn’t deter us from coming & going. And I’m getting old! Haha! Tamara & Bobby, Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Great Stay

We visit Wilmington at least 4-5 times a year and usually stay at hotels. This is now our choice when we return. All questions were quickly answered and it was like saying a home. My husband loved the coffe/tea bar. No complaints here!

Lifelong friends getaway

The rental unit was above our expectations. It was modern and clean. Well stocked kitchen with wine glasses and tableware. Nice towels and beds were so comfortable. The skylights throughout were delightful. The only negative was some loud music at night. But the owners had sound machines in each bedroom that kept it from being too annoying. Perfect location. Everything was within walking distance. I would definitely rent again.

Wonderful Property

Newly renovated 2B/2B condo right in the heart of downtown Wilmington. It is a close walk to plenty of restaurants, bars, and attractions. One parking space is included, but there is easy access to other paid parking. The host provided a lot of extras and was very accommodating to our group. We highly recommend considering a stay here. We will certainly return!

Second Trip to Wilmington

We absolutely love this property!! This was our second trip to downtown Wilmington for a long weekend and second time staying at this property. If your plan is to visit downtown Wilmington and need something convenient. This is the place! You are walking distance to everything and the host are amazing!

Very comfortable and convenient ❗️

The hosts could not have been more helpful. Our nine year old grandson visited and was amazed at the room set apart just for kids with games, TV and a huge bean bag chair. We will definitely use Tamara and Bobby in the future.

Spotless high end condo in the perfect location

This gorgeous condo was absolutely spotless and felt brand new. All finishes were very high end and offered everything we needed for a fun weekend in Wilmington. The location is amazing. Tons of restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. The hosts could not have been easier to work with and even let us know the condo was available for early check in. No detail has been overlooked and we definitely plan to return! Tamara and Bobby - thank you again. Your attention to detail really shows.

Graduation weekend

We had a great time staying in downtown Wilmington. The condo was very nice and clean. We walked to many restaurants and walked the Riverwalk. We would love to come back.

Family Wedding

This place was perfect for my daughters wedding. It is close to the venues and walkable to everything downtown. It is very well equipped and appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Tamara checked in with us to be sure our needs were met and we were so happy with our time spent in Wilmington. Thank you!

Baby moon Getaway!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay for our baby moon. It was close enough to downtown that we could walk around and be back to the VRBO in a matter of minutes. Tamara and Bobby would great host, very communicative and provided detail information on everything we needed from check-in to check-out. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a nice getaway close to downtown!

Luxury Downtown getaway

We chose this place for our wedding weekend, and it was the perfect home base for our downtown wedding. Ideal downtown location and the feel of a luxury hotel. Highly recommended for those seeking a nice home away from home for a trip to Wilmington!

In the heart of things

The location is close to downtown attractions, and the living space is clean and inviting, with a nice little balcony that is shaded in the morning. I highly recommend this property.

Great Family get away

We spend a great 4 days over 4th of July at this little gem in the middle of the Historic district. It is exactly as described on the website, very clean! The owners are very responsive and a joy to deal with.

Wonderful rental, wonderful location, wonderful hosts!

Everything was wonderful about Tamara’s place. Having the car pass was a major perk for us, and being greeted with Prosecco was a warm, welcoming gesture. The unit’s pristine cleanliness meant the world to us, especially given the last years with Covid. The kitchen was so well appointed and we loved the coffee bar. Linens and towels were top notch and beds were comfy. The noise machines and outlet connections were very thoughtful extra details. We appreciated the upscale and ample lighting and ceiling fans in the whole unit. Also enjoyed our coffee in the rocking chairs out on the balcony. We were so well located in the historic district, walkable to shops, restaurants, and the Riverwalk. Tamara was a great communicator and checked in with us periodically to assure we had everything we needed. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay in Wilmington!

Great condo, but noisy neighborhood!

This condo is beautiful, well stocked with all necessities and immaculately clean. Our only advice is that if you are a light sleeper the location is very noisy at night. There are several bars on the street that play loud music late into the night and into the early morning. I slept fine but my husband and our friends did not sleep well. It’s a shame as the location is great for restaurants and tourist spots.
