Our stay was great! The location was perfect—everything was within easy walking distance, including excellent coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment. The convenience made it easy to explore the area without needing to drive. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone visiting Wilmington!

Perfect location for a trip to Wilmington. Walking distance to the best restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, etc. The condo was squeaky clean and very cozy. Host communication was fast and informative. Will def return!

Run don’t walk to book this property! Feels like a 5 star hotel! Location cannot be beat. If in Wilmington again this will be our go to place. Thank you Tamara for sharing your beautiful home with us and being so welcoming to the area.

Wonderful place to stay! The property was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully stocked. The owners were friendly, communicative, and incredibly helpful. The location is FANTASTIC! Lots of amazing restaurants nearby and a great coffee shop just a short walk away. Having the on-site laundry was also a huge convenience. One unexpected highlight was the incredible water pressure in the shower! We highly recommend this place, and we hope to stay again in the future.

We had a lovely stay with clean accommodations, nicely decorated & conveniently located to restaurants & breweries. The hosts provided information to make our stay a breeze. They even told about surrounding places to visit.

Communication was exceptional! The process for check in was very clear and easy. The host reached out to check on us and gave great information. The kitchen was well stocked. The rooms were clean and the location can’t be better!

Very nice condo in a great location downtown. Close to everything, clean, and well maintained. Great communication from the owners. This is in the middle of downtown so be prepared for some nightclub noise coming from Front St if you are staying on a Friday or Saturday night.
