My friends were very comfortably situated close to the Little Drum Landing where we had a rehearsal dinner for my son.

Great location!

Great location, furniture is well worn but all the essentials were there. It was tricky to get the TV to work but we didn’t spend that much time in the place so not a big deal.

Shabby looking from the outside. Inside was just OK. Den/Kitchen was missing baseboard molding. There was cabinet section missing in the bottom cabinets under counter top next to sink. My wife and daughter generally didn't like this place but it was convenient to water front and the double stabbing murder that occured about 5 blocks towards downtown on Saturday night. Wilmington is a sketchy place.

You can't get a better location than this place. It's in a great neighborhood, minutes away from nice restaurants, and very comfortable. Matt was very prompt communicating with us. So glad it's dog friendly!

Nice Place Close to Riverwalk

Our family stayed at this location for our vacation to Wilmington. The place was clean and very close to many different shops and restaurants. We walked a lot to various places. The Riverwalk is beautiful. The apartment is small, but was big enough for our family of four! The area is very nice. The owner answered our questions quickly and was great to work with.

Love Wilmington,however the noise at night was unbearable. The noise started around 10pm stopped 3a

Property was in a great location to downtown however as mentioned above the noise level was unbearable. The apartment was older and the bedroom door knob kept falling off. Wouldn't rent this property again due to extreme noise. One would think there would be a noise ordinance

Our condo (as advertised) is Downtown Wilmington. There is the standard city noise downtown, but the condo is not located in the bar district where there is significantly more noise. If you want a place where you can walk anywhere downtown, our location is the safest with least amount of noise.

We did not bring our pets this time. We love the location and have stayed here several years in a row. We'll hopefully be able to stay next year around the same time! Thanks for a good time!

Location, Location!

Location was the best part of this property. The beds were comfy and the place had all the basics needed, but the location was perfect. Walkable to everything, the historic homes, the shops and the water taxis. The Riverwalk was just beautiful!

Cozy apartment in a perfect location.

The apartment has everything you need with views of the river. Neighbors are very friendly and it was wonderful to be able to walk everywhere downtown. Would love to stay again!

Great location

This is our 3rd time staying here. We really like the changes made - it looks nice inside. It's so convenient to the restaurants and downtown businesses. Nice neighborhood too.
