This home was both charming and practical… And very conveniently located close to downtown Annapolis! The owner was in constant communication to make sure that our stay was going well, and she always offered her personal number in case we need to get a hold of her. The home was very clean, and very comfortable!

Charming, cozy, perfect! This house is perfectly located in walking distance to many points of interest. The kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware, coffee, soap, etc. The bathrooms had full size toiletries. Our host gave us advance notice about alternate side parking, allowing us to forgo a rental car and use Uber which ended up being cheaper. The decor is aesthetically pleasing and the furniture choices make the spaces feel roomy. Full size mirrors were a bonus when getting ready for the day. We visited during an unprecedented heat wave so the AC had to work overtime and it did. Marina is very responsive and provides lots of local recommendations. She also thoughtfully accommodated our request for an early check-in. Thank you for a wonderful five star stay.

Easy to communicate with. Nice home to come back to after a long day out. Annapolis is a beautiful historical town with lots to do and see. Would definitely go back.

This is a great house to stay at if you want to be close to Historic Annapolis! Google maps says that it is a 30 minute walk to the City Dock, but it really doesn't feel like it is that long, there is a lot to see on the way. And we used the free shuttle, which worked out well for us. And it is good as a base to stay at while you go to other attractions, there is a lot close by. The house was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were soft and the towels were a good size and there were a lot of them upstairs. The whole house is just as pictured in the VRBO app. The kitchen was so well stocked for us- better than most VRBO houses we have stayed at. And the basement is very nice as well- there is a nice bathroom down there too. And I used the washer and dryer- they were really fancy- lots of bells and whistles. What more can I say? We would definitely stay there again!

Great place near historic Annapolis

We had a great time. Was close enough to walk to the stadium and close enough to meet our midshipman in downtown Annapolis for meals.

Beautiful Vacation Rental in Annapolis

We enjoyed our stay very much. This vacation home is one of the nicest places we have ever rented. It’s very clean and well taken care of. We were able to walk all over Historic Annapolis from there.

Getaway in Annapolis

Perfect for staying in Annapolis, easy walk to the stadium and to the Academy. Great Restaurants in the area and very walkable location to the rest of Annapolis. Great Amenities in the house and was very clean. Owner is very nice and is a strong communicator

We had a great time staying here for PPW (Plebe Parent Weekend) There was plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean, full kitchen and the beds were.comfy. It was a quick and easy drive to USNA and downtown Annapolis. Lots to do in this area. Parking spot right across from the house.

When people choose to stay at a VRBO the agreement should be mutually beneficial. I pay to check in/out as outlined and respect and follow all rules and instructions. The host will then afford their guest the respect to enjoy their stay uninterrupted in a well maintained space. We stayed three nights here, the beds were comfortable and parking worked out for us each day. However, on our first day, Marina messaged and asked if we could bring in a 40-pound box she said was unexpectedly delivered and we were happy to help. On our second day, she messaged us around 1:30 PM to ask what time we would be checking out the following day so she could schedule her cleaning crew. A short time later, we received another message giving us instructions on how to check out as “you pack up today and head out tomorrow”. On our final day, we checked out before 11am (as outlined) but received yet another message after departing informing us that it was time to check out and again reminded to take the same steps that are in the guest binder (which we had already followed in accordance with the host’s wishes).It is also worth noting that a previous review mentions a loose slate tile on the front steps leading into the house - this remains unresolved as my family tripped on it twice. And there are more than a few broken blinds throughout the house and a shower handle that is very difficult to turn. These are things that are important to guests considering the cost of this rental.

Cozy charm

The house was so neat and cozy. We were very comfortable and felt secure in the neighborhood. The location was convenient since we were attending the Homecoming weekend at USNA. Our bed was comfortable.

Great house within walking distance to everywhere in downtown Annapolis. Plenty of room, awesome updates, and quiet neighborhood. We would rent this house again.

Great family spot in Annapolis

This house was spacious enough for our family of 7 and had all the extra things--extra blankets, pots and pans, etc--that we needed. Very clean. Good location near downtown. Parking was on the street, but not difficult to find a spot. We'd definitely stay again.

Great home in Annapolis to stay

This is a beautiful home, and the owner obviously takes pride in their home. Very clean! It is a short walk from restaurants, and such. We were in for the boat show, and it is within walking distance of the docks, albite it is on the longer side. That said, you'll have to walk from your car too lol, and this house is worth it.

Cheerful Stay at Cheerful

Our family needed to be in Annapolis for the week. We loved our stay and the house was very clean and modern. We had the ability to spread out across the 3 floors and there were 3 TVs on each floor. The location is close to all the main places in Annapolis to visit. We did not walk downtown but did enjoy walking the track one street away from us. We had a nice, active stay and even had room for 2 people to work on desks in the bedroom and the basement. The host was nice and communicative. We had a good time.

Great location, quiet neighborhood

Location was great - tucked away and quiet but very close to USNA so we could trek (by car) back and forth to visit our Midshipmen. Close to stadium and 5 min to Safeway for groceries; easy drive to get to downtown too. Neighborhood is very quiet. Off street parking is easy and never a problem directly out front of the house (the neighbors seem to save 'our' space for us each day). It was fun having 3 levels. Beds were nice and there were plenty of towels and a well appointed kitchen. Bonus: there is a high school running track across the street, so no excuse not to do some laps before each day's excursion (several local people were doing the same). Fun!

Very helpful!

Our stay was tainted by the airline losing our luggage-which we did not get back until checking in to fly home. Our host at the vrbo was so very helpful and truly made the stay bearable. Thank goodness for the washer and dryer which we had to use everyday since we had such limited clothing. The location is perfect. We walked downtown to eat and explore the area. There was enough space that we were able to not be on top of each other. Since everyone was a little cranky and frustrated with our luggage situation we all needed a little space. I am very thankful we found this little gem. It was the highlight of our stay.
