This house provided us a nice summer getaway. We would have enjoyed the hot tub more if the jets were stronger and the water warmer. It didn't feel like 100 degrees. We didn't use the gas grill because we couldn't get it lit. We did not reach out to the host about it. He was responsive when we reached out other times though. We think the propane tanks were empty. We did enjoy the pool and the quick walk or bike ride to the beach. We wished the master bedroom had a TV. All things considered, it was a great rental for a trip to Cocoa Beach and one day at Epic Universe in Orlando. We will consider this house in the future if we return to this area.

The location was phenomenal, we got to see great sunrises and sunsets. Very near the beach. Good place for families.

The house is in an older condition, the kuds coukd only start using the hot tube at 4pm. But both the pool and hot tube where in great shape. The fishing off the dock is incredible. Bring your own gear.

Great Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our stay. The hot tub was perfect for cool evenings, the kayaks and bikes were so great to have for getting around. The property had everything we needed. The home was well decorated, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great spot to stay with kids

My kids loved the pool and hot tub. They also enjoyed the kayaks and fishing right off the dock. This house is close to all the things in cocoa beach and super close to a public beach access on cocoa beach which was convenient. We had issues with the hot tub warming up our last 2 evenings there but William was prompt about helping and got it going again.

Great location, Beautiful pool

This was a great house. Clean and well stocked for the location - bikes, beach toys, pool toys, kayaks, even fishing poles. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels. Near the grocery store, great park and beach across the street. The canal is fun, we saw dolphins and manatees and lots of really cool birds. Fast responses from the owner. We will definitely stay here again.

Over all great stay we really enjoyed the property and the usage of boats and beach stuff. We had to purchase more toilet paper, and feel the place could have been a bit cleaner.. overall great place!

Wonderful Trip

We had a great time on our trip. Communication with out host was great, the weather was perfect and the house was very clean. Providing quality chairs, umbrellas and coolers was awesome too. We hope to be back!!! Thank you!

We had a great time

Great location on a nice canal and walking distance to the beach. We used the kayaks to see the bioluminescent water at night. Beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of linens, etc. Kitchen was well equipped, and there is a spare fridge in the garage.

We had a great stay at this property!! Honestly, the early mornings on the river deck couldn’t be beat! So fun to see the manatees daily. The house is well laid out and suited our needs. The house also had pool toys, beach chairs, bikes, kayaks, etc. We were especially pleased that it was dog friendly! Distance to the beach would be the only concern. It’s walkable, but with having younger children and older family members, we only drove (but that wasn’t an issue for us). We would love to return to this property!

Perfect family trip

The house was perfect for us. It was spacious, very clean, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. We went to the beach (5–10-minute walk), swam in the pool, went kayaking in the canal, rode bikes around the neighborhood. Beach chairs/umbrella and cart, bikes, kayaks, and even a pack and play for our granddaughter were available for us to use. I would definitely come back.

Bday get away with the furbabies & boat.

Great location and house. The inside is nicely updated and spacious. Out back has a nice size grassy area for furbabies plus a covered patio, hot tub and awesome pool. Dock was big enough to bring our boat but we did have to launch elsewhere. Saw lots of dolphins & manatees in the canals and ride out to the river. Host was very responsive with our one tech issue.

Fun week with a few bumps

Great location. Good layout for 2 couples. "Heated pool" means under 80 degrees (not suitable for swimming) and "hot tub" is only heated from 5pm to 12pm ( no morning or afternoon use). Kitchen was well furnished. We cooked and grilled. Linens were well worn and there were barely enough towels for our short stay.

great place

The house was very nice, very clean, had all the amenities and a really cool backyard bordering the canal. Lots of extras included like kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, fishing rods, and a shared fridge. Only disappointment was access to beach required crossing very busy street and having to walk far for crosswalk. If you drive its only 2 mins away so all in all still awesome. That said, I would absolutely recommend this place.

We loved our stay at the Bahama Beach house. The beds are very comfortable and the house nice and clean. Everything looks new and in good condition and plenty of dishes. The kayak was our favorite and we went out every morning to watch the wildlife. We had dolphins right off the dock one morning! The owners think of everything and the Tommy bahama beach chair and umbrella were great as well as beach towels. The location is just 1.5 blocks from Lucy Wilson beach which was lovely and has a little boardwalk for watching birds. Also walking distance to restaurants, we liked starlight. We recommend this house.
