Cute home with three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the other two rooms share one bathroom.
Master has king-sized bed and the other two rooms contain queen beds. Linens, towels, etc. provided.

Quiet street. Close to restaurants, grocery, and much more!

Great for MCRD Parris Island (families of graduates).

Abandoned looking house

This house looked like an abandoned house. Green mildew on the house, windows, screens. You could not see the driveway for pine needles making the uneven driveway hard to navigate.Spider webs were on the inside of windows. Floors were filthy. Location was great. The house needs a deep deep cleaning. All this was reported to the maintenance man.

Perfect location

We went to see our son graduate Marine Boot Camp and it was that perfect location about 6miles from Parris Island!! It a great location for us….the beds were not that great but served the slepping purpose and cleanliness was not great either….spider webs and if I may recommend that maybe a listing of local restaurants I know Google is available but a pare listing would have been nice Overall communication with host was great!!

Just what we needed for Marine Graduation

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, the house was clean and quaint. Its older, but just what we needed. I would recommend instructions for check out, we reversed the process of leaving. But other than that it was great and we were able to be there for our Marine graduate.

Family vacation

This house was conveniently located to my brothers house. The house was nice but dated. The air worked really well in the beds were nice to sleep in. I would recommend bath mats in the bathrooms and extra towels for the guest. There needs to be some curtains on the back side of the house or some type of blinds, a notebook with check in and check out information would be helpful along with things to visit while you’re in the area not always easy to get a signal to see it on your phone

Perfect

Came down for a fishing trip, Place was in a nice neighborhood and property was taken care of. Manager was really responsive when I had questions about bringing my boat. Will be using this property again in the future!

Disappointed

The home is very dated. Garbage disposal doesnt work causing clogged sink. Dish sponge and cloth were well used. Night stan in main bedroom had previous tenants socks in it. Main bedroom mattress has dip in left side causing soreness in the morning. No hair dryer in either bathrooms, or courtesy shampoos or lotions. Flannel bottom sheet on master bed with 85+° Summer weather. Bedroom fan was full of dust.

House was disgustingly dirty. After one night we cut our vacation short and returned home. I question the validity of the reviews for this property.

Good home base

We stayed here as a home base to visit Beaufort, Charleston, Savannah, and Bluffton and Hilton Head. It worked well as it was well-situated centrally. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet and family-friendly.

Disappointing

This home is in need of a heavy duty cleaning and maintenance. From the dirty entryway to the missing transition strip in the master bedroom, the overall condition of the house is poor. There were no bath mats, or even a box of tissue to be found, no shades , blinds or window coverings on the back interior. Some attention to this property is desperately needed. The beds were clean and comfortable, thankfully.

Nice quite neighborhood! Close to Parris Island ! We rode around Beaufort and Hilton Head Island some. Host was quick to respond to any request.

Perfect stay

This charming house was absolutely perfect for our stay. It’s close to Parris Island for graduation. Our Host was fantastic and we loved the area. Having 3 bedrooms was perfect, and the house was spacious. We couldn’t have had a better place to call home for a week.

Perfect house!

This house was perfect for our stay in SC! It was extremely clean, easy to get to and exactly as described. The owners are super nice & willing to help with whatever! Highly recommend

Great Host & Convenient Location

Joanna was a great host, quick to reply and informative with answers. We were in the area helping our daughter (military wife) area, house and job hunt. The home was located between Paris Island and Beaufort MAS. It was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that seemed very safe. We appreciated being able to stay together as a family of grandparents, parent and daughter. Thank you for a lovely time!

Excellent!!

Very nice place, roomy and clean. Owners were quick to respond after booking, and giving great suggestions for places to eat and such. Would definitely recommend.

A pleasant stay

This place is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Clean, ample room for 3 adult couples. The host provides just about everything anyone could possibly need. There is nothing to complain about this place.
