This newly renovated mobile home is centrally located in Beaufort and is less than 5 minutes drive to Parris Island, MCAS Air Station and beautiful Historic Downtown Beaufort. The mobile home has recently been completely renovated inside with all new flooring, trim and paint. New appliances, tile bathrooms. Washer and dryer and outdoor grill on site. Three bedrooms/two baths with pullout sofa bed in living room.

Everything was just wonderful. The owner is sprucing up the outside of the trailer and once that's done this will be a very sweep place to stay. It's a quick drive to down town.

The first impression wasn’t too great upon arriving at the property. The grass was high and needed mowing. However, it had rained previously. Once inside the mobile home, it was clean and furnished with the basics such as dishes, coffee maker and cooking equipment. The beds were comfortable. The washer worked well but the dryer was not heating . The host was messaged and stated he would look into it. Price wise, I felt it was high for the area. Too many fees in addition to the 1 night rental fee. Anyway. It was a nice large area for a large family. Recommend staying here if you can afford it. We were here for a Marine graduation and it was very close to the base, so a plus for that. Thanks

Thanks Roxane for the great review!! Located in Beaufort and very close to Parris Island MCRD. We have had lots of rain but got the grass cut and the heating element in the dryer replaced. Congratulations on your new Marine!!

Easy communication with host. Clean home. Bring dish towels, shampoo, soap or body wash, clothes detergent as these are not provided. Some VRBO’s provide these things, some do not.

Nice mobile home in Beaufort

Very nice place! The mobile home was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our short stay. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The home is on a piece of property kind of out in the woods with some other homes that are in various states of renovation. The caretaker has many animals such as chickens running around and a rooster that crows in the morning, but they did not cause any problems. Management was very nice and easy to work with. Overall, a nice place to stay!

Thanks Jen for being an Awesome guest! Yes, our total property is 20 acres but all the homes are close to the front. We are moving the rooster and chickens to the rear of the 20 acres where they will not be an issue. Thanks again for staying and we hope to see you next time you are in Beautiful Beaufort!!

Very comfortable

Place is exactly like the pics. Very inviting, clean n comfortable inside. Beds are comfy too. Only thing is it is a 3 bebroom not 4. There were only 2 of us so it didnt matter. A place a couple doors down have chickens so if you are a light sleeper in the morning it could be an issue. Looks like working on the trailers beyond us still, but ours was great. Only spent 1 night but would stay again.

Graduation Getaway

The house was perfect....very clean and tidy. The owner met me there to let me in and show me around the place. He gave me instructions on how to work the heat/ac as well as give me some direction on where things were in the area. He was very helpful and told me I could call or text with any questions or concerns. He had even left a basket with granola bars, cookies and nachos with salsa for us to snack on. The beds were very comfortable as well as the entire home. I was in town for my sons graduation from Parris Island and the house was very close with a very short ride. I would definitely go back. Maybe next time I go it will be for a vacation and a little bit of sight seeing. Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your home.

Beautiful home

This home is in an older mobile home lot, but don’t let that fool you! This home is newly remodeled on the inside and is beautiful! It is well decorated, has nice furniture and even has a sleep number bed in the master bedroom. We were only there for one night, but would definitely stay here again. The host was very kind and helpful. There were farm animals on the property that we really enjoyed. Thanks for accommodating us at the last minute!

A little caught of guard

Overall the stay was great. We were a little caught off guard with first impression of the place at first but ended up being a nice place. Had animals that the kids played with and chased.

We had an amazing stay at this property. We were a family of 5, traveling with a child with disabilities. The property was very quiet and even had animals that my grandson greatly enjoyed! We were close enough to the beach to enjoy, but far enough away to relax. We couldn’t have asked for a better host snd experience! We will definitely return!

Thanks Karri for staying!! The noise you refer to is most certainly the farm animals on the property (ducks, rabbits, peacock and chickens). As we mentioned when you arrived, we are relocating the majority to a new barn/home on the complete other side of the property (10 acres away) and have completely removed any roosters from the property as well. We hope you enjoyed your stay and our guest comfort is very important to us! Thanks!!

Warm, cozy and comfortable.

Everything was as described. Home was cozy and had everything needed. We arrived a bit earlier than planned and Daniel was more than accommodating getting us in earlier than required. Family enjoyed the animals as well. Will definitely stay here again.
