Chose this for the fenced yard which was great for our dog. The house layout made it perfect for us too. The location was very convenient to restaurants and our family. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to friends. Toni is great for checking in and making sure we had everything we needed.

Great house, the host's were wonderful. Checked in with us to see if everything was OK. House was clean, lots of things to do, games in the cabinet. Nice vacation! Aaaa, would definitely book again if available.

everything was ready for our stay, kitchen fully equipped,cleaning and paper products there for use, great stayowners take great care of property and that makes for a very comfortable stay.

Beautiful house!

What a wonderful stay. We enjoyed some vacation time at the beach while also being able to get some business taken care of. Would definitely stay again.

Spring Break

The home was located in a quiet neighborhood, Beautifully renovated. Kids spring break was fun and this home is on our favorite lists.

Great Place

Very nice home and very quiet. House was clean and comfortable. Great communication from the homeowners as well. Would stay there again.

Guys trip

Communication with Toni was great all questions answered instantly house is great with alot of space to gather. Overall had a great time and would come back.

Family vacation

My daughter and I meet up with my sister and her four children for a family vacation. The house was breathe taking. The kids loved the bunk beds. We enjoyed our meals together at the table every evening. And there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids also enjoyed having the beach toys to take along to the beach. We loved our time here.

Wonderful and beautiful beach home!

We had the best time at Fred & Toni’s beach house. Their house is located in the perfect location! Close by to great restaurants, the beach, shopping, fishing and so much more. Also, The Thistle and The Pearl golf courses are right down the road for those to love to golf. Their house is beautiful, clean, and equipped with everything we needed to stay for a relaxing vacation and has nice yard in the front for kids to play outdoor games. We will definitely be returning back to this house next year. Thank you for your hospitality and letting us stay in your beautiful home at Sunset Beach, NC. The Naylors

Calabash Golf

We just enjoyed a 4-night guys golf weekend at Fred and Toni's vacation rental in Calabash. These accommodations exceeded our expectations. A very smooth check in, and Toni was quick to respond to any questions I had. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all the necessities to make meals in (just like home). This was the perfect location for us, as it is near numerous golf courses, restaurants, and shops. It's just a short drive to Myrtle Beach, but just far enough away to be able to relax, unwind and enjoy vacation time. Many thanks to our hosts! We're already planning next years trip!

Fred and Toni were excellent hosts and very responsive with any questions or concerns that we had. The location was excellent, the kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and everything was clean and exactly as described in the listing.
