The unit is a tranquil, two-story, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath 1388 sq. ft. condominium with large spacious bedrooms upstairs, and a master bedroom with a large walk-in closet and a private balcony. The downstairs area has granite countertops, crown moldings, leather sofas, an in-unit washer/dryer, and tile floors, which keeps the temperature cool and comfortable all year round. The unit is located on a quiet dead-end road with no through traffic, and is family friendly with an enclosed courtyard that faces the other units.

Overall, it was ok. The weather was in the 20s and 30s at night and the heat did not seem to work well downstairs at all.

Great place for an extended stay

Spent over a month here over the holidays, it was a great experience and the host was very responsive. Nice central location, and comfortable furnishings.

UF visit

Visited our daughter at UF and attended a Gators football game. The location and the space in the condo worked out great for what we needed. No issue checking in and our communicating with the owner was good.

Go gators weekend

Short weekend stay for UF homecoming. Great location with easy access to campus and surrounding area restaurants. Excellent set up for two couples with two large rooms with ensuite bathrooms.

Perfect for our needs!

Truly a lifesaver! We needed a place to safely evacuate from Hurricane Milton with our pets on short notice, and the owner was incredibly accommodating as our plans kept changing. Having a safe and comfortable place to ride out the storm brought us so much relief. We’re so grateful—thank you!

Game day stay

We chose this location because it was not far from FL campus. Communication was awesome. Questions were answered timely. Place was as pictured online. We didn’t use the kitchen but appeared ro have all we needed. Plenty of supplies - paper towel, tp, trash bags, etc. The place could use a deep cleaning on the carpet but overall was clean.

Very Comfortable Townhouse

Very close to UF campus. The townhouse is an end unit in a quiet enclave. There is a garage and the unit has 2 master suites w/ comfortable king beds and large closets. One bedroom had a desk and chair which was very convenient. The kitchen and living room have plenty of space. The unit was clean and the host was very responsive.
