A really nice house in a nice quiet neighborhood, still convenient to the places I wanted to go. It was very comfortable and easy to make myself at home here.

Host was very friendly and responsive, house and neighborhood are in a great area and well kept. We were there for thanksgiving and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools & utensils which was very helpful!

This place was clean and spacious. The patio was such a great bonus for the family. We had a wonderful Christmas in this home. We will book for next year!

Clean, comfortable and well stocked rental

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is very well stocked, clean and use of the garage was a huge bonus, as it rained for almost our entire stay. We would definitely stay at this property again.

nice neighborhood

Everything as advertised, clean, beds and showers very comfortable, nice lanai to sit and eat take-out. Fairly close to everything

Lovely home in a lovely neighborhood. Close enough to get to everything in Gainesville but in a nice quiet area. Very clean.

Perfect Getaway

Very comfortable home in quiet neighborhood. Perfectly located for access to springs, Temple of the Universe and Downtown Gainesville. It was a quick trip and the house accommodated our family of four, our single friend and my mother and her husband. We highly recommend this property.

Good for seniors

As new snowbirds, what we liked most: the one floor design, fully fenced back yard and within half a mile of three different and shaded dog walk properties (possum, trinity and mill hopper).
