Barely a beach view. Stand in corner and look to the far left . No where in room to sit and look out at beach.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the beach view did not meet your expectations. Top of the Gulf is a beachfront resort with beautiful gulf and pool views throughout the property. While some individual units have more limited direct beach views than others, the resort provides Adirondack chairs on each level where guests can relax and take in the gorgeous gulf views and sunsets. The resort is also just a short 5-minute walk from the sugary white sands, making beach access quick and convenient. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to ensure our listings accurately describe each unit and its views for future guests.

Great condo! Not so great room!

Top of the Gulf is a great condo! I like that it's not too big. You don't have to walk a million miles to get around the condo. There's a short walk from your room to the elevators. When you come off at elevator, the parking lot is immediately to your left and you are only steps away from your car and the pool is right outside the lobby to your right again, only steps away. Just beyond that, is that cute little snack shack and just beyond that is the walkway to the beach. The entire condo is wheelchair and wagon accessible all the way to the beach. There are lots of families here and everyone was nice and friendly. All the staff were also very helpful, kind and friendly. The views from the main balconies were stunning and the pool is big, clean and beautiful. Top of the Gulf is a great condo! Our room however, not so much! It looked and felt like a old, outdated, cheap motel room. The room needs major renovations. Lots of rust on metal trim, The bathroom door was peeling and unsightly. There was holes and tears all over the vinyl flooring. The table and chairs was an in poor condition. The lamp beside the refrigerator that seemed out of place anyway did not work. But most importantly the mattresses were terrible. They were cheap, old, hard, creaky and very thin. My body was sore from sleeping on it. The pull out couch was falling apart and only my child was able to sleep on it. An adult would not be able to. Hopefully RealJoy. Will address these issues soon.
