This beautiful second-floor condo offers stunning, unobstructed views of the ocean—your perfect getaway for rest, relaxation, and coastal charm. Start your mornings with coffee on the balcony as you watch dolphins play in the surf. Whether you're here for a peaceful escape or an adventurous beach vacation, this space is designed to help you unwind and feel at home.
- Please note that early check-ins cannot be accommodated due to cleaning schedule. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you at the standard check-in time.

Tides can be unpredictable; there is extended beach access to the left of Building 1 which can be accessed from the road (very short walk). There is signage to direct you.
Our condo is located in a picturesque coastal region known for its warm, humid climate. As is common in seaside homes, especially after rain or when the unit has been unoccupied, you may occasionally notice a bit of humidity .

Everything was exactly as expected. Apartment was great and plenty of room as it ended up being just me. View spectacular. I found a handful of sharksteeth very first day which is something ive been doing since I was a kid. Thanks!

The ocean was beautiful. Didnt get to see the beach much due to high tide most of our stay, but still amazing. Would definitely book again.

The host was very responsive, which I appreciated. The door wasn't locking via the keypad, and the host responded quickly with an alternative. They have a quality AC and dehumidifier and it was pretty comfortable in that regard. Breathtaking sunrises, lots of nice tidal pools to explore, good spot to walk/run/fish. Note that you cannot safely swim in the ocean here, and will need to drive further south to do so - there is a beach with free parking about a mile or so south. The water comes up all the way to the building during high tide, so there isn't really space to sit on the sand for long.If you are scent sensitive like me, I would avoid this place due to repulsive air fresheners in every single room. I am lucky I didn't get migraines while staying here - the first day I had to walk around and unplug all the air fresheners, but the space still smelled so strongly of the chemical fragrance that I could smell it outside the apartment. No cell service while inside, and the wifi worked intermittently. There was also a safety issue that the bedroom window does not lock, and it faces the public breezeway. When I inquired about the window, the host ignored my question.

Overall we had a nice time; the deck is the best feature of the condo as the view is amazing! The check-in process was easy and the host was responsive to messages. The building actually has recycling, which is great as many places don't have that in the area.There are some issues with this condo however. The two floor ACs struggle to keep the place cool. We woke up hot almost every night we were there; so we didn't get the greatest sleep. There also is a mildewy/moldy smell you will notice when you enter that you get used to after a few minutes; so you might not want to stay if you are sensitive to that. There is a dehumidifier off the kitchen but it kicks out A LOT of heat; so we would only run it while we were there and would turn it off when the temperature in the room hit 80 degrees. We made the mistake one night of leaving it on before we went to bed and woke up so hot!We also didn't have any towel racks in the bathroom, which was mildly annoying as we had to figure out other places for drying around the condo. I did let them know and they said they didn't realize the racks weren't put back up after a recent painting. So hopefully they're putting them back up as we speak but it wouldn't hurt to double check. Oh, and if you can't find the dish rack under the sink; look in the cab above the fridge closely because if you're short you won't see it. ;)P.S. The bunk beds are not in a separate room as they appear in the photos; they are in the hallway FYI...

Cozy Beachfront Escape with Great Views and Easy Stay

We loved our stay at this beach condo! The location is truly right on the beach, and although you have to time your access between high and low tide, it wasn’t a problem for us. The main beach area nearby is mostly used by fishermen, which might not be ideal for families looking for typical swimming spots, but we didn’t mind the local vibe.Some earlier reviews mentioned an odor, but we found it smelled like any older beach house—nothing out of the ordinary. Communication with the host was excellent, there was plenty of parking, and the condo was the perfect size for a short, relaxing getaway. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing

Had a very relaxing Birthday and it was absolutely beautiful. The balcony with the ocean front and center was my favorite. Ms. Dayna was very nice and communicated very well. Property was exactly like the photos and was very clean. Thank you again!!

Two night beach visit

Right on the beach, easy access. We unfortunately did not stay both nights and left early due to a bad odor in the unit that needed to be addressed. The bathroom fan needs fixing and the ceiling fan in bedroom should also be dusted.

You get what you pay for

It was a nice small place but there was an awful odor in the living room the fridge didn't work well no water pressure in the shower I could go on but like my parents told me long time ago you get what you pay for

I spent three nights here on my own and had a great stay. As noted in the listing and other reviews, there really isn't much beach directly in front of the building except when the tide is all the way out, but there's an easily reachable access point just a couple of buildings over, so this unit is a bit more convenient than ones located in other buildings at the Topsail Reef complex. It's also a short walk from the very inlet, which is the best place to see the sunset because you can see it from the beach. I didn't need anything from the host, but she did reach out proactively about a potential issue with the bunk beds, which I did not need as a solo traveler, but still appreciated. Some other reviews noted an odor, but I did not have any such issues. This is a good property for a single traveler or couple and I would stay here again.

Overall it was a good trip. The condo did have a smell that needs addressed. At high tide you cannot access the beach from the condo beach access point. We had to walk down the street to public access. We did not know this until we got instructions to check in.

This property has the best views. You literally feel like you are in the ocean. The beaches were not overly busy and when we checked out we hopped down the street about a mile and parked in the free parking lot beach access #4. It was clean and comfortable with good communication with the host. Would stay here again!
