You will enjoy all this property has to offer you. There is a ping pong table down stairs in the second living room, 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, Bags and yard games, Pickle Ball courts nearby, etc.

The property is located on MM14 off the main channel.

Kitchen & dining room
This modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you'll need for on-site cooking. We even have a coffee bar with a coffee pot and espresso machine. There is a variety of coffees, teas, sugar, and other condiments at your disposal. The dining room table seats 8 people. The kitchen island that wraps around seats 6 with additional outside seating on the patios. There is also a propane grill on the patio for all your BBQing endeavors.

Living Area
The main living room has beautiful picture windows you can look out and enjoy the beautiful views of lake of the Ozarks. The second living room has a sliding glass door that goes right out onto the deck. They are both very spacious comfortable areas to sit back and relax with the family/friends. They both have smart TVs available, just remember to log out of any apps that you may have used while at our properties.

There is a big dumpster available behind a black gate before you turn into the drive way near the garage. Please place all trash her before leaving.

Rental agreement | A signed Rental Agreement must be returned before check-in details will be provided.

Age Requirement| The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age, AND the primary renter must be staying at the property. We do not allow anyone to rent it for use by or on behalf of others.

Smoking| Absolutely NO SMOKING OR DRUGS of any kind are allowed inside the property.

Pets| This property does NOT allow guest to bring pets. Please not that owners may have had animals in the property prior to your arrival. If you have a specific allergy, please contact us to discuss this.

Parties| We do not allow bachelor, Bachelorette, 21st, or other similar types of parties or party groups and have zero tolerance for violations.

Property| This property is privately owned and has been entrusted to us for use by our guest. Please be respectful and careful with the property and the contents inside, and respect the rules that have been set forth for this property.
